Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey has made his entire roster and future draft picks available in trade talks, a dramatic initiative with hopes of reshaping the team into a championship contender, league sources told ESPN.

The possibility of trading All-NBA guard James Harden is believed to be extremely limited, but the rest of the roster -- including even Chris Paul and Clint Capela -- could be more realistic trade targets, sources said.

Morey gets crowned a genius but he foolishly tried to make a "win-now" team at the height of the Warrior's dominance.

P.J. Tucker would be a nice addition to a lot of teams and his salary is reasonable.

Dubs causing more than the Rockets to be a mess. If a team is touted to win the ship, doesn't, next page, revamp.

If/when the Celtics lose Kyrie I could see them being interested. CP3 for Hayward maybe?

Rockets are just gonna have to eat that contract, especially with CP3 declining at this point in his career.Worse come to worse they might have to tell him to stay home like his buddy Melo.
