Good team, in a tough building and Jokic remembered he is an all-star.

Let’s see if Lakers can get a W to squash the recent can’t beat good teams talk.

Since we're facing Denver, I thought I would post a few clips of Kobe torching the Nuggets. He seemed to always take pride in doing exactly that.

51 points in 31 minutes, 02-03 season -

09 Western Finals, game 3, 41 points, clutch -

05 regular season, clutch -

Effectively ending Vincent Yarbrough's career with one dunk in 02-03 -

08 playoffs, game 2, 49 points & 10 assists -

03-04, game winning buzzer beater after traveling back to LA from Eagle and arriving late to the game -

If this game was in December I’d feel better, but lately this team has been struggling especially after Kobe’s passing.

Why would you choose a game against the team that is right behind us in the standings when they are about to get 8 days off? That seems kind of backwards.

This one's a must-win, need to make a statement against a good team after a questionable run over the last 25 games

Come on Lakers!!!!

Lakers have to bring the intensity. No slow starts, stupid turnovers or lazy defense. Nuggets have been playing well lately and building confidence.

Nuggets are playing short handed again but have been resilient and overcoming short benches the past couple weeks. Murray has been playing well and will be another tough cover for our defense again.

Lakers want this game they are going to have to earn it. It will interesting to see how focused and committed they really are. This can’t be “just another game”.

They aren’t getting 8 days off.

Lebron has been pretty rough the last three games, averaging 39% from the field with 7 turnovers. Hopefully that's not the case tonight.

No doubt!

The Joker will also pose a big problem but we have the most versatile all-around defender in the NBA, plus the TwinTowers (DH & JMc) to counter.

If the team, particularly our guards, come out with a lot of defensive intensity and knock down a few shots we should be in good shape.
It's going to be an entertaining, hard-fought game but I think the Lakers are focused and know the importance of this game.

All but one loss have come against teams with > .500 record. Denver is > .500 team so it's likely another loss. Good bye championship. Good bye world.

Can we somehow pull it together with only 30 games remaining?

We already did in their homecourt. Or do you already forgot the back to back win @ Denver & @Utah?
