He's going to have to outdo last year's performance, WHICH WILL MAKE THIS EPIC. |

Ocho will like this.
I saw Johnny Depp say that Ricky should come back just to "make up" for what he did last year.
It will be pretty great if RG can imply to everyone that he would come back this year to make up and then do the exact opposite and even top last year.
Now that would be funny. |

I've seen the first two episodes. It's a very funny show. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

If you haven't already, you should check out his podcasts he does with Steve Merchant and Karl Pilkington. They are truly hilarious. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

“If you do win an award tonight, don’t use it as a platform to make a political speech, right? You’re in no position to lecture the public about anything. You know nothing about the real world. Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg. If you win, come up, accept your little award, thank your agent and your God, and f--- off.” — Ricky Gervais |

It was enjoyable, but he's as much a corporate whore as any of them and that statement is as political as anything anyone else said that night. |

The "I don't want to host this stupid award show, but I'll do it anyway and I'll insult the people while I'm at it" shtick is no longer as funny as it once was.
But at least he got some conservatives to agree with him. A number of my conservative facebook friends posted about it, enjoying that Gervais gave all the Hollywood elites what they deserved. The same people have been complaining that our culture is too PC and doesn't value free speech, but now want all those actors to shut up about their political views. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid! |
