Not much changed, but I'm just going to bold the guys I actually like.

For the Lakers:

Superstar
Tier 1:
1. Zion Williamson

Borderline Superstar Upside
Tier 2: (Added for context of talent between Tier 1 and Tier 3. There is no Tier 2 in the 2019 draft)
Markelle Fultz
Lonzo Ball

Multiple All-Star/All-Star if upside reached
Tier 3:
2. RJ Barrett
3. Darius Garland
4. Ja Morant
- Note: All 3 guys are not defensive players, hence a big separation from Tier 2. Even Fultz got blocks and steals by accident. Barrett's stock rate resembles Julius Randle (not great), and both Garland and Morant may get run over at the next level. Morant is the most instinctual forcing turnovers. Prioritizing Garland's shooting ability over Morant's passing/slashing.

Very High End Role Players
Tier 4:
5. Jarrett Culver
6. De'Andre Hunter
7. Grant Williams

8. Jaxson Hayes - Upside pick
9. Goga Bitadze
10. PJ Washington
11. Brandon Clarke

- Note: Here's one reason why this draft isn't sexy. As great as Culver was during the season, he's not expected to be a primary initiator next level. The shot just isn't consistent enough. Then, the rest of the guys, are all 4/5s. At least 4 of them flash perimeter range in Hunter, Williams, Bitadze, PJ.

Extreme High Upside vs. Bust
Tier 5:
12. Cam Reddish
13. Kevin Porter Jr.
14. Coby White
15. Talen Horton Tucker
16. Xavier Johnson

- Note: Just a total gamble on the guards and wings at this point for future starters. Cam doesn't shoot well enough, KPJ outside of spot ups and Isos is a mess, Coby White seems more like a 6th man, THT has an undefined role, and Xavier Johnson needs a better jumper.

High End Role Players, Lower Floor
Tier 6:
17. Nickiel Alexander Walker
18. Bruno Fernando
19. KZ Okpala

20. Romeo Langford
21. Shamorie Ponds
22. Chuma Okeke

23. Rui Hachimura
- Note: The guys here with outlier development, CAN make an All-Star team. Chuma Okeke plays the way you wish Kyle Kuzma would. He's an accuracy shooter not a volume shooter. He has defensive IQ. Kyle, has the finishing and the extra half notch in athleticism.

Specialized Role Players (the reason why this draft isn't sexy)
Tier 7:
24. Carsen Edwards
25. Matisse Thybulle
26. Cameron Johnson
27. Zach Norvell Jr.
28. Jaylen Nowell
29. Keldon Johnson

30. Killian Tillie
31. Jalen McDaniels
32. Obi Toppin
Mfiondu Kabengele

33. Daniel Gafford
34. Ty Jerome
35. Tyler Herro
36. Dylan Windler
37. Isaiah Roby
38. Louis King
Eric Paschall
- Note: Added names afterward because I need to see more tape. A LOT of these guys are 1 NBA skill specialists.

Project Players - Very high Upside - High bustability, extreme variance
Tier 8:
39. Bol Bol
Jontay Porter
40. Sekou Doumbouya
41. Nassir Little
42. Lugentz Dort
43. Miye Oni
44. Naz Reid
45. Neemias Queta

- Note: This is where things get really difficult. Guys fulfilling upside are usually based on motor, health, and work ethic. I haven't heard great things about Bol Bol despite his high end skills. Jontay is a health concern. Sekou doesn't always maintain the same good habits game to game. Dort, is a total raw project, but at least he has health and motor. Oni, is the best athlete here, and I think playing in a weaker NCAA conference may have hurt his perception. He's an ACC-level Div I player. Reid's motor/IQ doesn't work on defense. Queta is a mechanical athlete.

Solid floor - Rotation Players
Tier 9:
46. John Konchar
47. Jordan Poole
48. Charles Matthews

49. Deividas Sirvydis
50. Iggy Brazdeikis
51. Nic Claxton
52. Kerwin Roach
53. Juwan Morgan
Justin Wright-Foreman

Justin Robinson
Quinndary Weatherspoon
Admiral Schofield
54. Charles Bassey
Kyle Guy

The most all of the various Mock drafts I have seen have the Lakers picking Hunter.

Although Garland and Culver each have qualities that may elevate them into the 4th pick..

I hope the Lakers can get those three guys in here to evaluate...

I'm not optimistic either, but if the 76ers draft him and give him a year off to build strength and balance like they have with their lottery picks....

Most seem to be. He's by far the most anti-consensus prospect I've ever liked this much. Even Draft Twitter is pretty much in lockstep against him as a lottery pick, though KiROE is on the other extreme and thinks he's effectively undraftable.

In that case the Celtics with three first round picks could possibly take him, assuming he falls that far...

I mean, I wouldn't draft him. The health thing is already one flag, but I've heard other things about his intangibles that I personally don't like. I've never met the dude, heard a few interviews... but I'd happily pass.

Just seeing where everyone had THT on their board is awesome.
