they banned some preaseason games.
i highly doubt that ban the nba as too much money for one of their unicorn companies to lose |

So in this issue, only Morey's right respected, yet the chinese paying customers' don't have rights to stand up for this?
I know people in the US will think that it's the chinese government is upset about this so they want to ban the NBA from the chinese people.
Have you ever thought the actual chinese nba fan being upset over this? They are the ones that are standing behind the banning. And people are more upset if the chinese business organization that deals with the NBA doesn't do anything in response.
The US hate is probably at the highest point for a while among chinese due the recent trade war disputes.

ignoring the obvious differences between hong kong protesting against an authoritarian regime and LA trying to succeed from the USA... the US would not throw a hissy fit over one little tweet someone would say in support of a LA succession and they most certainly wouldnt try to ban all US based companies from dealing with them. China looks weak as hell here. If China is as united as they want to claim why not just let the citizens decide on their own to boycott the Rockets/NBA out of their own outrage instead of throwing the hammer down like this?
