The injury report is not up to date. Danny Green is doubtful and Lebron is questionable. I don't think we need either of them to beat the Grizzlies. Grizzlies are banged up and this will be their 2nd game of a back to back.

And Lebron could use the rest TBH

If we are able to give Lebron 2 games off and win them both, that's worth more than Dudley's weight in gold. And then a few more games heading into the playoffs ...

More often than not, they're a PITA over there and were true to form in Nov. Our prior win at MEM was probably the toughest one of the entire season that we managed to pull off, 109-108. MEM and NO. In Nov, both opps started off shooting like 8 for 8 from the arc to Stu's ire and disbelief. We had to play ketchup all night in both games and both Brawn and AD were present. Those weren't back to back gms either, there was a Spurs game in between. This time it'll be b2b. Not predicting either game, result could feasibly be 0-2, 1-1, 2-0, however, beating the Grizz and/or NOP 4 times on the road in a RS is not something that happens every year. They don't even get 4 attempts every season.

2008/09 last time we won two on road at MEM; in 2011/12 we won a single game at MEM (lockout shortened season). Double OT game at that.

2012/13 last time we won two on road during "NO Hornets" era, has never been done in the "Pelicans" era.

2008/09 the only time we won four of said road games in one season. Won 3 scheduled NO/MEM road games in 2002/03. Before that, it was the Charlotte Hornets and Vancouver Grizz era. Our first ever loss to the VAN Grizz on the road on 2/23/99 was Del Harris' final game as head coach.

These next two games will probably be slugfests. Both Memphis & NOLA are young, hungry and playing solid basketball at this time.
The Pelicans (26-33) are only one game behind the Grizzlies (28-31) for the 8th seed in the play-offs so both teams will mos def bring their A+ game.
There are 49 days left before the play-offs start so at this point it's do-or die for both teams. Neither should be taken lightly.
Back-to-Back Must win / Trap games........ GO LA!

Hopefully LeBron & LeBrow will play, and they slide Caruso into Green's spot..

Need a win here, every game is important..!

Bron can take the night off again...Memphis is in a free fall right now and it does look like the Blazers and Pels have a real shot to make the POs.

I wouldn't care too much if we lose today but win tomorrow. I prefer Memphis in the playoffs.

Per Goon

Lebron and AD are playing. Danny Green is out with hip soreness. Alex Caruso will start.

Maybe the hip soreness was the reason why Green wasn’t aggressive on the offensive end, good idea to give him some rest.

Thought Lebron would sit. Looks like it was a load management game against GSW. Lebron has looked fresh recently.

Caruso has earned the start.

Good move as well. Caruso plays his best next to Bron and Vogel has tried to give Bron and Caruso as many minutes together as he can
