Philly West - 1870 Westwood Blvd

Hands down the best.

Heads up, they do put gravy on it unless you tell them not to.

A cheese steak w/o gravy is like a day w/o sunshine.

In this case, gravy is sauce, as in marinara.

Still not buying it. In my book a cheese steak is just that...cheese and steak on a roll.

Barbarian.

There is no such thing as a cheese steak with gravy. Cheese Whiz is acceptable though

There's a place in Burbank that serves them with Cheese Whiz.

THE CLICKER IS ATTACHED TO THE SUN VISOR IN MY CAR SO I CAN OPEN THE DAMNED GARAGE DOOR!

The remote is for the idiot box that has 10,000 channels - 9,976 of which are just the same programs in HD or dubbed into different languages.

If the TV is so freaking smart, why does it need a remote? Shouldn't it be able to figure out what I want to watch ahead of time and just go there???

Wiz is an option at Philly West but I just can't do it.

Personally, I skip it. Provo wit and leave the ketchup bottle.

No, gravy is not traditional. Gravy was introduced north of Philly (Allentown is the first known instance), and may have invaded Philly, but it isn't native...

Speaking of gravy, and not the tomato kind, there's not much that's better for a hangover than poutine.

It has always been a thing, as long as by 'thing' you do not mean food.
