barbecue sauce or mustard, definitely one of the two. hmm...thinking about it, probably bbq sauce since I have about 6-7 different kinds in the fridge and only about 4 mustards right now.

What is Sriracha?

Thai hot sauce. You'll see it at most pho restaurants and a lot of asian joints. But to me it's just as good on a hot dog, burger, soup, pizza, pasta, you name it...

My family takes this to extremes. I mean, I like ranch on french fries. But my brother and my mom eat it on stuff that it has no business being on. Like pasta. They put tomato sauce and ranch dressing on their pasta! What's even more offensive is that my brother and I are part Italian.

Mustard
Red Pepper Flakes (Not sure if this is a condiment but I put it on everything)

I don't like most hot sauces since they are too salty/vinigary.

Chalula, and El Yucateco. 2 great hot sauces. They can make even bad Mexican food edible.
