Full Rebuild
1 - Trade Russ to Pacers for Turner/Brogdon
2 - Trade AD/THT to CHI for DDR/ZO/Caruso
3 - LeBron to GSW for Klay/Poole
4 - Trade Klay to NJ for Simmons, and DDR to Miami for J Butler
5 - Resign Monk.
ZO/Monk/???
Poole/AC/Reaves
Butler/Brogdon/Johnson
Simmons/Wenyen
Turner/Dwight
Lacks star power, but there's something to work with there. We have versatility, depth, defense, and shooting. Maybe need to address front-court size, and Simmons can run at PG and give us an advantage.
I am not advocating for this, I want to keep LBJ and a healthy AD...if those 2 options are not on the table, than this is my best scenario that worked on NBA Trade Machine

Trade Lebron to Cleveland for Evan Mobley and picks.
Trade AD to Warriors for Kuminga, Wiseman, Moody, and Green plus picks.
Rebuild on the way.
