Michigan (7-0) messing around with Michigan State (3-4). They could lose this game:
MICH: 13
MSU: 7
Whole 2nd half left to play |

I have 4xUSC UCLA Tix $390/ea. All together. Sec 3 row 11. _________________ "a new level of asinine intellectual dishonesty that has rarely been witnessed here."

USC only -2.5 against UCLA feels verrrrrrrry fishy to me. One of those lines where they seem to be just begging you to take USC and give the points. And you know what that means. |

I agree. Travis Dye going down for USC was a huge loss for them. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

USC wins 48-45. DTR threw too many INTs and the last one cost them the game. |

Damn DTR too much braindead throws tonight.
Hopefully Georgia roughs up $Cheat in a possible PO matchup. We all know Riley's Big12 shootout style is no threat against a dominant SEC defense.

Truthfully, USC should have had a lead in the first half, missed field goals, bad execution in the redzone. They shot themselves in the foot. They made UCLA look better than they really were. Good to see the gutty little bruins back where they belong in this rivarly |

You think USC can make the CFB playoffs? I think they gotta jump a couple of teams to get into the top 4. |

There's a chance. Tennessee is now out, so USC will be #6. LSU will be #5, but LSU is playing Georgia in the SEC title game, and a loss would put LSU out of contention. (An LSU win and there's nothing USC can do, as that likely would get 2 SEC teams in.) It's certainly possible that the Ohio State/Michigan loser next week stays ahead of USC, as long as the loser doesn't get blown out. But even if that happens, all USC needs is a TCU loss, really, coupled with an LSU loss to Georgia. This assumes that USC beats Notre Dame and then wins the Pac 12 championship, of course. |

If OSU blows out Michigan coupled with the Trojans' sudden string of quality victories....
(1) Georgia
(2) OSU
(3)TCU
(4) USC |

USC is gonna beat Notre Dame, so now the only thing standing between them and the CFB playoffs is the Pac-12 championship game. They win and they clinch a spot in it. LSU and Ohio State lost today so that basically cleared out 2 spots for them to move up. |

There have been some great games this weekend. It’s been a blast watching all the close games and comebacks this rivalry weekend. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Yeah with Ohio State losing convincingly to Michigan, the door is wide open for USC to jump into the top 4. |

If USC is able to beat a tough Utah team, then they have to be into the CFP regardless of what any other team do or don't do.
If that happens, it is one of the most amazing one season turnarounds in college football history.
I will say it again, Caleb Williams is sensational...I would pick him #1 when he becomes draft eligible which if I am not mistaken is not until after NEXT season so USC hit big here on Riley and Williams. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Williams would be the #1 pick in the next draft if he were eligible. Scouts and teams are drooling over him. He's like a bigger, better version of Bryce Young, and I love Young and he will probably be the first QB taken and the possible #1 overall pick. |

Yeah, that's not a bad comp, though I think Williams throws the ball better. I said a bigger Bryce Young before, but what if he's like a Mahomes-lite? I know he's run it a bit in college, but I don't think he'll run as much as a pro, though that element will make him dangerous, just as Mahomes doesn't look to run much but he can certainly take it out of his bag when he needs it, and he can obviously extend plays with his mobility.
I think Williams is a better prospect than Trevor Lawrence was. |

That swiss cheese of a USC defense can't hold a 14 point lead. Tied game going into the half. |
