Cool, good to know private hobby balloons are able to confuse sensors on our F22’s and avoid being hit by missiles that cost half a million dollars. Nice showing to the world and China. This should also clear it up for the confused senators from the briefing yesterday.
So there's two things to take from this briefing, either:
- we're still being lied to, which is par for the course
- we look like idiots to the world spending millions of dollars shooting down hobby balloons and our 5th gen fighters had problems doing it, in which case there needs to be serious repercussions and accountability.
Well done team, well done. |

Yep. The real question is how we are, why we are and by whom. I heard an interesting theory from a retired naval intelligence officer who felt what may actually be going on is that one of the black operations entities that is secretly funded may be doing something off the books and it's better to just let the mystery surround what is going on rather than risk the group being "outted" and losing their funding.
Pure speculation and a bit out there, but it's interesting to contemplate. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Sounds likely. Those trillions of missing pentagon dollars aren't really "missing". |

Well, what better way to test your own military capabilities than a real world, “this is not a drill” interaction. You learn something on both ends and the results are genuine. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

There was nothing we could do. The private hobby balloon was a made man, and the Chinese one wasn't. It was among the Italians....real greaseball stuff. _________________ http://chickhearn.ytmnd.com/

So, there's no regulation on reporting to the FAA or any agency the launching of hobby balloons? If not some means to identify them as such should be investigated and implemented. If they are in fact hobby balloons they have cost the government millions and created a scare to the general public. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

If you read about that hobby club they try to launch balloons weekly, and never before have they cost the government millions or created a scare to the general public. That it happened this time is on the government. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

In that case, isn't it on the government to assure it doesn't happen again? As I said, Quote: | some means to identify them as such should be investigated and implemented. |

Eh, they can only shoot down UFO's that don't shoot back or aren't flying at thousands of MPH...
I'll be more impressed when they take down a "tic-tac" UFO.... _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.” |

There’s an ongoing struggle between private sector (Lockheed etc) and our govt officials. I think it’s a mixture of UFO/black project stuff that is compartmentalized on the grand scheme of things and there’s a concerted effort to keep the “truth” a myth, just beyond our finger tips. This stuff has been going on for 70 plus years for us and chinked st for centuries and generations of mankind. They are lying as always |

Really, so you think private companies spend BILLIONS of dollars to secretly develop Planes, Space-ships, Missiles, and Warships that they HOPE to sell to the Gov't???
That's NOT how it works, the Military comes up with the idea based on their NEEDS and then submits the items out for bids, and the winner is PAID to develop it.... _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.” |

Quote: | Grusch, who underscored that he has not personally spotted a UAP, told the panel that he knows of "multiple colleagues" who were injured by UAPs. He also said he has interviewed individuals who have recovered "nonhuman biologics" from crashed UAPs.

So you tho k the DOE/Airforce and these other companies that operate on black projects reject high ranking officials cause they don’t wanna disclose their shiny new air plane? You can’t be that naive? |
