She had injections. I see a difference. Over the years her derriere has gotten smaller. She must have ceased her enhancement treatments.

I always found Kim's to be so big as to be misshapen.
Younger Kourtney actually had a legitimately GRREEATT ASSS!1 in Pacino tone. This was back in 2009ish. There was a scene where she was lying on the couch and Khloe jokingly pulled her pants down and spanked her bethonged butt a few times and Kourt's was a 9 on a 10 scale bum imo, at least back then. Very impressive one, nicely shaped, juicy but not phat. She still looks good, too, tho they got access to all kinda trainers/chefs and whatnot.
