A game you HAVE to win and you sit AD. No urgency at all. He is 30 f’in years old. He can play. Man up. I just don’t get it.

What would Kobe think?

Worst loss in a long time considering the circumstances.

He could have played restricted minutes no? Would have been useful in 15 minutes I'm sure

You really believe that? That is the excuse when the player demands to sit and they are too scared to make them play.

Different players.

Doctors call - BS. Player’s call.

For a stress related injury in the foot? Yes. They're very tricky to manage and AD has a history

A lot of angry people assume this was AD's call. Is this because they don't know better or they just want to target someone with their anger, or both?

It really is a f---ing joke. Players today are a bunch of pansies with load management and can't play in back-to-back games.

Then sit him for the rest of the season and let him heal properly. Or let him play every game like he probably wants to.

This managing his injury sh!!tt is annoying. Play or sit out. Plain and simple.

Weird response. How about minimise the chance of a reoccurance by following the doctors advice and keeping our season alive?

So playing 40 minutes in 1 game is minimizing him reinjuring his foot? Minimizing is 20 minutes every game on restricted minutes.

Sit rest of the season and heal or play every game. Man up

As Lebron said, playing min minutes doesn't do much for his body, it's taking the game off that does.

Getting the body ready and playing 20 mins high intensity off the back of even a 30 minute game the day before is worse than a 40 minute game.

We lost no ground tonight.

We’re also playing for a 9/10 seed. We’re a lock to make it. No one below us is playing well and Dallas is crumbling.

We will for sure finish at worst 9/10. Still have a great shot at 7/8.

Think this was the right call. Honestly, looking ah the Rockets team, shouldn’t we have been able to beat them without AD/Bron? We played poor lineups and ok ball and still only lost by 3.

That’s a stupid response when you knew he needed surgery before he came back. You knew he had a minute restriction at first which they lessened so he came off the bench. AD has the most 30/15 games in the league, he leads the league in second chance points, and he’s anchored the best defense in the league post all star break. He’s doing all that in a foot they said he would need surgery for because of that stress reaction this summer and they already knew his restrictions.

Again why the whining about stuff that was said beforehand? It’s childish

Yes, completely agree. The only two teams that can push us out are the Pels who are 8 wins 24 losses without Zion, and the Jazz who we play twice. We'll make the playins and it'll be up to our stars to go from there. Let's just make sure we hit the playoffs HEALTHY

If you care so much you should do the research as to why he's being sat out. It's not his choice. Also look into the why. It isn't "load management".

9/10 is pretty bad though, not sure I trust this team to win what are essentially two game 7s given how bad Ham is as a coach and AD and Bron on life support.

Whereas you win tonight and you have a decent shot at the 6 seed and can prep for round 1.

I think if our team and AD can't win the playins, we're not making the Finals either way
