Wilt’s jersey was still retired.

So yes, LeBron’s jersey will be retired.

Wonder if Wilt hadn’t won that 1 championship, would the Lakers have still retired his jersey?

A Gucci sweater or jacket. Lol. No, he has a chance at redemption in these next few months.

That works too. One of those expensive sweaters with a gold chain. He can't miss any more games.

Shouldn’t even be thought about yet…so no. If LBJ retires with the Lakers then getting 1 championship and breaking Kareem’s record in a Laker uniform would be enough for him. As for AD, he would need another championship imo with the Lakers to get his jersey retired.

Wilt was one of the first three jerseys the Lakers retired on a November day in the early 1980s. Obviously, those being the first retired jerseys, there was no precedence or tradition for who got retired. Not sure there's anybody even around anymore who was part of the discussion about whose jersey to retire back then.

My guess it that they will retire LeBrons but not AD (unless he wins more championships and/or play more that 50% of the games each year)...
