Yeah, he's hesitating a lot and thus messing up all his rhythm and timing. |

Max held his own last night. He played with a little more confidence last night.
LBJ got him the ball a few times and his teammates showed him encouragement and support.
The opportunity for playing time and growth is there because of the injury to Cam.
The potential is there, he just needs to keep on grinding.

Max LOOKS like a player.
Max has an NBA body - at 20!
He's been tentative early in the season, but I think he figures it out and becomes a key member of the rotation.

Want to see him get a couple of shots to drop from distance.
Also want to see him attack the ball when he's getting screened.
Looks like a kid who's confidence is going to grow with more PT.

Exactly. He needs real run to get better. He doesn't need anymore g league time. You see the ability is there on an nba level. Especially when I saw that flush on lively. |

| What stuck out to me is that amongst the guards, he was the best at defending dribble penetration. That's why he was guarding Mitchell at the end. |
