Wow this is bad. Not only you a yapper but a unoriginal corny yapper..smh..Look Ill help you as your trolling is just..you know? You need to be on Corny Central or something..smh.

However let me help you out because you just bad at this... Maybe it would have been better if you said..

Questions:
Why did Murray still have better numbers and he wasnt even having a great series against us? Since DLO so good answer that....

You say DLO is the third option so why is MPJ numbers even better than DLO?..i mean who was guarding him this time? Not Bruce Brown but KCP like come on really? KCP?

Why DLO still couldnt hit wide open threes in the playoffs? why should we give him extensions when he cant hit wide open threes in the playoffs? You know something simple like that..It can easily be proven wrong but..I mean its better than what you yapping about...

Here is another..like why should we keep him when we have to have AR the SG defend Murray? With the extra money yawl think he deserves is he going to buy some defense or something?

Im just swinging for something you could say to make me think just a little...i mean guy im pretty much giving you material at this point...this is just bad..im going to stop right here..but you got some examples..thats good right?..now dont use these tho ill consider that stealing material and i can pretty much answer each easy..you know with that question you dont want to answer that started all this.

Calm down yappy! Don't get so emotional.
It's funny how erratic you get when someone matches your troll energy.

Yes Jamal sends his son to the corner on defense cause DLO gets embarrassed when he tries to guard him.

DLO obviously couldn't hit open 3s because he has performance anxiety playing against his daddy. DLO even let his pacifier (mouthguard) fall to the ground a couple times when playing him. He's clearly frightened.
https://www.landofbasketball.com/games_between/jamal_murray_vs_dangelo_russell.htm

You obviously didn't read my comments when I've answered the bolded questions multiple times in the past in this thread. Trade DLO for a big at the trade deadline, when he actually has trade value.

Now answer my question. Do you think its awkward for DLO to get embarrassed by Jamal over and over again?

Just so you know, my first impression of you was you crying that Ham didn't cater to DLO enough while also saying Ham should've benched him sooner in the 2023 playoffs. I'll never forget it. First time I've heard a fanboy argue for benching the player whose poster is hanging over their bed.

I even gave you some material and you come back with this..smh. You just as hard headed as Ham and we know what happeneed to him: lol:

Ya know? How is all this daddy that and this works when AR was guarding Murray? theres your answer..they not even guarding each other so how you going to compare...sad

Whats even more sad? Tha Chosen Turd had TWO chances to guard Murray TWO game winners as everybody and their mom knew Murray was going to get the last shot..Unlike Kobe he decided he didnt want that challenge. Kobe would have done it with no problems or told to do so by a coach but not the Turd...but we want talk about that will we? So i guess that means this playoffs LE-TURD cost us TWO GAMES..but lets talk and blame DLO right? riiiiiight..thats why you a yapper..you dont think you just write whatever.

Also how are you going to compare a All-star who is 1-A/B on his team to our 3rd option? that right there is why i tried to give you some material but you a unoriginal corny yapper..soooo I answered your question and showed WHO REALLY COST US THE SERIES..i think ive done well today..thanks for making that post.

I'm not comparing DLO to LBJ. I'm comparing DLO to his PG matchup and the guy who changes his diapers. His daddy Jamal. I'm glad you think you've done well. Your posts show the same dedication as your favorite player's defense.

I don't think it's fair when people call DLO slow and unathletic. When he's running to the corner away from guarding his father. He really shows good foot speed.

DLO actually has good stamina too. When he's jacking up brick after brick. Going 0-fer in playoff games. That takes alot of stamina.
Top tier brick layer in the playoffs. He really should look into working for habitat for humanity in the spring time instead of choking in the playoffs. Put that brick laying to better use.

What's your favorite part of his playoff skillset? The bricks, the dumb turnovers. Or the scared look on his face when he sees his father?

Correct..each side has to be comfortable with the contract..DLO is prob looking for more years and a bump in pay..Rob needs a shooter/playmaker/ball handler and look for a vet to continue here when LBJ is gone..as we can see good PG dont grow on trees..Dim/JHS/Mays/Shaq Harrison/Gabe..we have collected PGs with no luck really for a replacement....
Its bettrer to get one in draft. This draft we can get a Center and get a 3-D player that can be insurance for Vando in the secound round. 2 way players like DFS the Nets asked LA for multiple draft picks which was crazy..smh.

Isn't 5/125 for Dlo a lot of money? Who would the Lakers be bidding against, to even offer that sort of contract?

I dunno. I'm going to say that even 4/80 is not fair to the Laks. DLO is slightly above average as an offensive player, and average to slightly below on D--regular season. Post season, he is below average, maybe even quite a bit below average, offensively, and still about average to below average defensively.

The average NBA salary is $10M. Though I get that teams often tend to overpay and the Laks are in dire need of a PG, but paying double the average for about an average'ish player? It could happen, but it is not what I would coin as fair to the Laks.

Bingo. We have a winner. DLO may get a little extra because the Lakers are in a bad spot. DLO will not make that $ with other teams so does he cut his nose despite his face? He still has more negatives (D, poor playoff performer, assist to TO ratio, immaturity) than positives (great shooter, very good penetrator). There is a reason why he has been on so many teams and the book is out with him.

I guess I see it differently. He is not a table setter and is 35th in the league in assists to TO ratio.

^^ how many of those guys averaged over 6 ast per game? Or are over half of them lower usage? Curiously asking.

I will say he has some terrible timed TO's you dont want from a PG. But a 3 to 1 A/TO ratio is solid.

Right it’s not a matter of opinion really. ATO is a metric. You can’t say I see this metric differently. Or in my opinion…. The number is what it is and Dlo is a solid ATO.

To add, out of 44 listed PG's, he's 23rd--22 ahead of him and 21 behind. By this metric, and on the surface, I'd say that's just about average.

Man dont you suppose to be over there on the Bucks forum coning...err i mean sweet talking the fans over there on how great Ham is? lol....

Anyway DLO is actually decent to good at getting his mid range shot off. You dont have to be Shro...but he can drive to the basket but that wasnt the offense..want to know why i say that? Why Dim didnt drive to the basket? Dim know how to do that...so why was he stuck and glued to the 3pt line?

You said "He..he..shot 2 free throws"..How many he shot regular season? Dont like that huh? ok "how..how..hooow many Dim shot? How?...How?..how many Gabe shot?" They PGs too remember.

Dlo doesn't get to the rim or generate free throws. It's okay to say that is one of his weaknesses. He is a jumpshot reliant player, which is why he is very boom or bust. If his shot is off, he will not do much offensively because he 1) cannot get to the rim 2) doesn't finish well 3) doesn't generate fts.

It's okay to say this about him. Every player has weaknesses. Not sure why you are getting defensive over this fact.

You looking at some player get to the rim..that not his thing..he has a midrange floater or he does a step back shot in the midrange. People too used to a Shro or Fox or some morant..thats not his game...you looking at the wrong player to do that. If his shot is off then make those passes..however people dont like that but you know what?...people say nothing when his shot wasnt falling in the BOS game...but how did they win? He setup AR and everyone else who was hot...thats really what a PG is suppose to do...shot creation really suppose to be 2nd.

so all that "crash the board" or make plenty of FTs..thats some Ja morant/AI/water bug pg which he is not ...neither was stockton or nash..smh. So if that water bug PG is what you looking for..back again where are those at? still for uptenth time..name some names we can get that will also be 3rd option and do better than DLO...you dont have to deflect..just the names and we can go from there.

All I said was getting to the rim is one of his weaknesses. Finishing is also one of his weaknesses. This lack of penetration limits his passing as well.

You take these criticisms very personal. I'm not exactly sure as to why.

Also, personally, Dlo off the team, is better than even getting a replacement. I think he's that much of a loser. I hope I answered your question for the upteenth time as you stated.

Now can you answer my questions? Why does this guy talk so much and never backs it up? Isn't that a character flaw? 1) Said Minnesota held him back and proceeded to get embarrassed in front of the world by Denver 2) Has had an issue with every organization he has been on and basically every coach he has been under 3) Said he wanted to be Derrick White and then proceeded to say he doesn't get paid to play defense 4) Called out Ham and Dennis proceeded to get locked up by Keon Ellis and told the media he didn't know the importance of the game for seeding 5) Talked about how he dominated the regular season and he is looking forward to doing that next game only to score 0 points.

And lastly, why is during his exit interview he talked about how he did a helluva job this year and how he isn't disappointed because he put it all out there, while all his peers talked about how they could've been better. Why does Dlo never take any accountability? Is he truly satisfied with his playoff performances? Does any of this sound like a starting caliber PG for a championship team?

Looking forward to your response.

Once again..name some players that fit this team thats better and going to take that 10mil a year..you know the average PG?

I doubt there is such a player, but I never said, or suggested, one existed. Also, losing him without compensation sucks. What I said was, "Though I get that teams often tend to overpay and the Laks are in dire need of a PG but paying double the average for about an average'ish player?" My feeling is that I don't see the team doing substantially better than last year, and feel there is just as much a possibility (or even a probability) they will do worse--with or without DLO. So, Yes, they are better with (during the regular season) than without, but is his approximately .9 point value over a replacement player average (2.0 = good; 0 = average starter) and his 0 average during playoffs, worth $20M per, either short term or long?

It is not an easy decision, but playing GM here, with what I know, I lean to not paying $20M per.

I think ribeye is being a little too harsh but DLO's market doesn't seem to bear out 4 yrs/ $80M? I don't see it changing because people just do not like him in the league. Emplay was saying it's not clear he has an offer higher than the MLE!

4 years/ $64M (the Mozgov special) maybe? That'd be a bargain as the cap rises

If we can get him for that. They should sign him immediately, and I am hard on Russell.

The only team that seems to be a threat to the Lakers is Orlando. If Orlando gets someone else, I'm not sure what Dlo does.

4/64 is a huge bargain for him. If they got him for that sign him and ship his ass out in the very near future, word to Kobe. I strongly believe you cannot win a championship with a player like him starting.

I’d like to have an upgrade over Dlo for defensive effectiveness but until we find that I think we have to do the best with what we got to prevent downgrading the roster. I’d offer 3yrs/$54m with a player option, I would go 4yrs if I got a team option for the last year and a huge discount like 4/60.

These numbers for DLo production are insane steals when you consider the new norm in the NBA in regards to salaries.

No he never backs up anything. He did all that yapping to be a lemon in the playoffs the 4th time in his career. Again. What was different about this season, verses any of this other seasons?

Dominated all season, looking forward to doing it again-0 points next game
Busting your favorite players ass-No show in the playoffs
Call out Dennis and Ham in an article like he's some star player. Next game 2/9 as the man of the team.

Funny thing is he told Pat Bev that Khris Middleton can't finish games for the Bucks after Dlo had a good game against them. Look at this guy yapping away again. Khris has performed in the playoffs. Dlo has gotten benched multiple times in his career in the playoffs. Who really can't finish games?

1) He said the Minnesota quote right after Memphis and Golden State. He was feeling himself. Proceeds to get embarrassed.

I'm not sure what Ham has to do with anything. Ham stuck with Dlo when he shouldn't have. Remember when you were begging Ham to bench him because Dlo was getting embarrassed? Finch had a way quicker trigger finger in benching him the previous playoffs. Ham was good to Dlo in 2023 and stuck with him.

So he was bitter towards Minny. Blamed Finch for his playoff struggles. Does decent-well in the first two Laker playoff series. Says a very dumb quote cause he's like a ha told you Minny. Then proceeds to get embarrassed.

2) He's had an issue with almost every single coach. Enjoy below. Every organization gave up on him for one reason or another.

https://www.netsdaily.com/2020/5/15/21259961/dangelo-russell-takes-a-shot-at-kenny-atkinson-is-it-deserved

https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/1589139/2020/02/06/thompson-the-warriors-waved-the-white-flag-on-dangelo-russell/

3) He comes out says he wants to play like DWhite, and then says I know I don't get paid to play defense. Well then improve on it Mr. Dangelo White. It's a loser quote.

4) What was the purpose of calling out Dennis? It was to deflect from his poor playoff performance. He was blaming Ham and Dennis for his horrendous performance. Saying the Lakers didn't "let him rock" Well what happened these playoffs? You keep bringing up 3 point record like it means something, when this guy has shown he is not built for the playoffs. The Lakers organization does not play for the regular season.

5) His playoff performance this season is far from domination. It was abysmal as usual. I'm not sure how you can argue this.

6) Finally, every single player worth a damn has some accountability. Why would Dlo be proud of this year's performance? Because he had a good regular season? The same thing happened this year as his previous years. He got the trembles in the playoffs again.

And I have answered your question already. I want this loser off the team. Don't even need a replacement. His mentality is all the way wrong and he'll never win anything with it.

Yet it seems as if no one wants him around the league. Why is that?

He is an extremely value player given his production. I genuinely am confused why he is so disliked, and as the cap goes up, locking him up long term until his early 30s would be really good. 41% from 3 on 7 attempts a game while giving you good playmaking. The stats do not hate him that much on defense.

People just hate on him to an amount that's comical, meanwhile a guy like Rui skates by. (This isn't to hate on Rui, I think he's overpaid but he was very good for us as a starter. I just think DLO is an obvious tier or two better than Rui.)
