I guess I missed the news about the hot mic where Big Game James was critical of the Laker org.
So you guys still think we are first class? Like I said, Jeanie needs to sell the team so we can have a REAL FRONT OFFICE and REAL BBALL INFRASTRUCTURE.
Seriously fired him for being critical of a highly questionable decision?
What a sh** show! Another scapegoat decision because of bruised egos.
Wonder how players are looking at this. Probably thinking if they play tough defense and make Bronny look bad they will be treated likewise.
Thank you for your career with the Lakers Mr Worthy. Wish him well.
*edit* That was a quick reversal. Lakers can’t stop stumbling and bumbling this off-season. Quick hire some asst coaches and sign a couple bench FAs to divert attention. Lol

Big Game is not that good on Spectrum, but I'm glad he kept his job.
I'd love to see a younger vibe on the Spectrum Sportsnet show, as well as in the announcer's booth. I really enjoyed it when we had a young Spero calling games.
I don't think there's anyone under 60 on any of the English language broadcasts, and a lot of the pre/post-game studio folks are graybeards. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".

I missed the actual controversy I just saw where James was saying no he'll still be with you know the Lakers whatever etc. I like James on the broadcast just because he's one of the few guys who isn't afraid to say something critical. Because Bresnahan is hilarious. He went from being hyper critical negative Nancy when he was a beat reporter for the Lakers to complete Pollyanna now that he's the "Lakers insider" on the show. James and Derek Fisher being former players as well and Robert Horry too so all the former players are the only ones who will say something contrary to the party line.
That all said some young folks on the telecast would be phenomenal because we all know how I feel about Billy Mac. Can't do anything about Stu until he decides to hang it up but if they want to replace Billy Mac at any time I'm down lol
