I’m extremely disappointed by Jeanie’s treatment of West and felt their response in the immediate aftermath of his death was lacking to say the least but to be fair they’re giving away West jerseys tonight and the team is wearing a 44 patch all season.

Clippers have tried hard to get that fan base, and still struggle with it..I'm curious how ticket sales will go at Intuit this year (I know it's very nice and very hyped but over the years we would always see Clippers tickets at 50 to 75% the cost of Lakers tickets when at Staples/Crypto).

Its good to see so many franchises honor "The Logo": Hope the griz and the dubs do as well

I didn't quite like the title of this thread: the "At least" seemed to imply that one way of honoring was better than the other: Jerry transcended the sport, and I am appreciative of ALL the franchises especially the Lakers who honor him!!

I'm glad the Clips are celebrating his contributions. Face it, they out-marketed the Lakers with their player-jersey patches, which I'm sure makes money on jersey sales versus the expense of giving away jerseys. It makes accountants everywhere stand up and cheer.
