Hayes is the 83rd percentile
Kololo is the 86th percentile, which ain't bad for being a year off from competitive basketball.

yup thats why jj needs to stop his small ball sh!i, he got 2 bigs that has a decent defense. Maybe try playung them with AD.
They can have the Dwight and McGee role. |
Pelinka can do that with Hayes and Koloko but he needs to shed JHS or Wood or consolidate one with Vando in a trade to make Koloko an nba deal. Koloko can’t be used in the playoffs on a 2 way |

Yes but when Rui isn't on offensively, dfs needs to be better offensively. We don't need 15 points from him but we need more than 3. |
the difference is even though dfs struggled offensively , he still a positive guy
meanwhile if rui is not hitting his shot, he becomes a liability. |

Is the lineup that should be used. I think when that lineup is used our defense will be really good. DFS will get looks.
Rui and Dalton should be the bench spark. If they could actually hit their shots.
They're more than capable offensive players but they need to turn their form around. Especially dalton. |
Lets get back to reality. Rui just spent the last month leading everyone in minutes his last few weeks before the trade happened. He literally just came off a month of 52/40/80 splits.
He’s had two adjustment games that have been bad as his minutes have changed. He was literally playing 39 mins before the trade so he will need to adjust to 28 or so, get used to his 12 shots a night, but he’s not been bad enough to not start. He’s got 48/44/82 splits this year and by far the teams best shooter with the least amount of play calls
Dalton needs an actual DNP … he’s been bad since he hit a scouting report |
I think the reality is that inevitably DFS will start. Rui when the offense is clicking is GREAT for us. But he's got a lot of games that are ust like these ones as well. But i like Rui a lot he's had huge games for us. |
I think the way they are used should and will be changed. Don’t use Rui as a backup 5. Let Rui continue to start and get him 10-12 shots and then let DFS finish. He should be the one playing small next to Bron, not Rui in those lineups with Dalton. Rui can’t cover for Dalton and it kills him. Now if it’s AD and Rui they will be fine, but it should be Bron and DfS when they go small. And it should be more FS to finish, but Rui should be used to start games and close the first and third. |

I’m not counting on Wood or Vando. They have been out when needed last year and out of shape. Out when needed this year too. They should not even be a factor in JJs thoughts, just a bonus if they show up.
But he still needs to shed a deal to make Koloko a NBA contract. |

When wood and vando returns (who knows when), we will have too many players, so someone will lose their minutes. Cam being the one from outside looking in, shake is probably another. If dalton continues to struggle, he might be in the dog house too.
I am curious to see what wood can do in JJ’s system. |
