Read that banks will remain open

This is for Jimmy Carter's state funeral in case people have no clue what this is about. Government offices will close I presume but normal businesses and schools will remain open.

I have a hunch that someday there could be a day of national observance for the 47th President, but it might be for a slightly different reason.
