Personally, I love Marshal Mathers off the Marshal Mathers LP and Beautiful off Relapse. I think his more soulful, tragic and personal songs are more, well, beautiful. Interestingly enough I love Em for his anger and for his raw power and lyrics, but MM and Beautiful are two of my favorite songs by him. MM moreso than Beautiful, mostly because I don't like his singing voice. I'd rather he had someone else sing the chorus in beautiful but that wouldn't be true to the spirit of the song and his lyrics if he had someone else sing the chorus about being true to yourself.
I like Drug Ballad a lot too but that shouldn't be in the discussion. I just wanted to give the song some love lol.

his gimmick got old quick. But I enjoyed The Way I Am the most.
his gimmick of having the best flow? best rhyme schemes? battle rap, story tell, freestyle, diss the (bleep) out of you??what can't he do?? not to mention his above-average production skills
