No, Colorado’s program is growing by leaps and bounds. Their record this season doesn’t mean much. As long as they are Bowl eligible they will be invited to a bowl game that they probably don’t deserve because of the popularity of the program. Top commits will want to go there next season. The program is strong.

The officiating crew for the WS/CU is atrociously bad, and picking up a flag because obvious PI was “unintentional” just proves how bad they are. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Buffs will likely finish 4-8 with marginal improvement from last year considering they raided the transfer portal. It remains to be seen how many 4-5 star players stay committed to Colorado if it doesn't look like the program is that strong.

USC- UCLA today. I'm a So-Cal lifer, I usually root for who has the best chance to move on in the playoffs in football or basketball. My first college football game was 1974 USC-Norte Dame, one of the greatest comeback games of all time.
My guess is USC 28 UCLA 17 _________________ LAKERS 2019-2020: NBA World Champions!
Yeah, that USC vs UCLA rivalry doesn't have much of it going for it anymore. It used to be a huge national TV game. Both teams are having a disappointing season. Chip Kelly is rumored to be fired after this game and the USC Trojans are just bad this year. It could be the team that is less demotivated wins this game. I'm not even sure USC is a sure thing since their defense is so bad.
I have a feeling Oregon State ends Washington's chance at the CFP today.
It is a "pick em" as far as the odds and Washington has escaped several close calls, but this is a road game and if they fall behind I don't think they come back this time. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny

UCLA dominating early, up 14-0 and just picked off Williams. Second USC turnover in as many possessions. It's a shame the UCLA offense has been so bad this season, because the defense is elite. Last year's offense with this year's defense is probably a CFP contender.
Caleb throws an interception, this could get ugly before the half. Looks like they have checked out once they realized they were no longer in the national title conversation.

Bruins are keeping the Trojans in check. USC unable to score in the red zone. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

That failure to convert on 4th and 2 may be it for SC. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

USC with one of the most bizarre seasons you will ever see.
Start out 6-0 then go 1-5 the rest of the way despite not really having any season changing injuries.
Just strange, but when you allow the most points on defense in school history at 419 for an average of just under 35 per game....you aren't good.
Bloom is definitely off the rose some for Lincoln Riley and unless he brings in some defensive studs, next year could be even worse without Williams and with a murderous schedule. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny

Florida State just lost QB Jordan Travis to a serious-looking knee injury. He was carted off and then taken by ambulance to the hospital. I only watched it once and won't watch another replay, but it looked to me like his leg was bent the wrong way to a certain degree from the knee down. They were #4 in the CFP poll and this could have enormous CFP implications, and they also happen to be losing 13-3 to North Alabama in the 1st half right now. You just hate to see stuff like that happen.
its crazy the quit the USC players have. Not a good look for their coach.
Yeah, I'm not surprised they lost to UCLA. The team quit a while ago. The defense is the worst in the Pac-12. Their defense is ranked somewhere in the 100+ ranking so they are at the bottom of the barrel for rated college programs.

Here we go again. Washington is going to play the trade 6 or 7 touchdowns back and forth for 4 quarters. No D and can’t tackle. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Washington’s tackling has been atrocious all season. They should fire whoever runs their tackling drills. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Washington escapes with a win yet again. I’ll take it, but the way they play, it’s unsustainable. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

They are 2 wins away from a spot in the CFP. If they win the Apple Cup next week and then defeat Oregon in the Pac-12 Championship Game after that, there's no way the committee could keep them out, as one of Michigan/Ohio State has to lose next week. Plus, with Travis' injury for Florida State, I'm guessing that even an undefeated FSU team would now be seen as inferior to an undefeated Washington. So they are in control of their fate, almost certainly.

They are, but they aren’t good enough defensively to get away with escaping in spite of themselves that many times. But if they do, I’ll certainly enjoy it. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know
