The share price of Trump Media, whose majority shareholder is former President Donald Trump, fell Tuesday to the lowest level seen since the Truth Social parent company began public trading in March following a merger.
DJT shares dropped to $17.89 per share around midday Tuesday, The stock’s prior low was set on Aug. 28, when it hit $19.38 per share. The stock price is down roughly 77% from its high of $79.38 per share on March 26, following Trump Media’s merger with a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company.
It should be 0. The only reason it isn't is because it's a way to funnel money to Trump and buy influence while skirting campaign finance laws.
That and it's also a bet on who wins the election.
Trump can finally sell on Sept. 19. He tried to block some other big investors from selling 18 million shares. They are going to be able to sell theirs before he does.
Hopefully, it craters. But he will likely make a large chunk of $$$ still.

Truth Social is like everything else tied to Trump. A lot of retirees and moderate income people getting snookered while the Orange Felon makes off with their dough. Trump University times 1,000. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".

Yea right now not really historical levels of support among women overall given this being post Roe v Wade. Basically about the same as 2020.
I've ignored a TON of text messges asking me to commit to voting for Harris.
I'm not a woman. Or in a swing state. But I imagine something similar is going on with other people.
FWIW, I'm an enthusiastic Kamala supporter. I'm just ignoring the texts cause there is a website that is linked to it. And it's a pain in the butt to go through registering to the polls. I don't see the point. I'll be mail in voting prior to the November deadline. _________________ When the world grows. Don't choose to stay the same.
Some election analysts on twitter believe the GOP has a new strategy to win the election. They will be going heavy on PA, GA and NC. If they win those three it will get them to 270 electoral votes. Easier said than done. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

“Win back two states they lost in 2020” isn’t exactly a ground breaking strategy.
So Lara and Tiffany Trump announced some kind of new grift on twitter for people to buy crypto or whatever. It sounded plausible, as in that's exactly what you expect from them.
The MAGA people (or bots) on twitter all applauded it in the comments.
Then Eric Trump tweets that Lara and Tiffany's twitter accounts were hacked.
No one assumed that they wouldn't actually do this grift, even their supporters. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid!

I'm no fan of China.
But with Elon becoming an obnoxious right wing troll.
I would be okay with future President Kamala Harris removing the EV tariffs on China.
Just to sink Tesla once and for all. It would put 140,000 people out of work.
But similar to coal jobs. Some jobs aren't worth saving IMO.
I know the US is worried about CHina collecting data. But I'm okay with the tradeoff.
If you don't know what I'm talking about in terms of China's EVs. And the US tariffs. This video. And this link should catch you up.
This was my first time hearing Shapiro speak. Obama comparisons? C'mon. He's great, though.
You don't see it/hear it? He has very similar cadences and sounds, even.
Sorry, I missed this.
I was listening more for style/effect, not so much timbre, but yeah, their voices are kinda similar.
One remind me of Obama is actually Pete Buttigiege, dude is smart _________________ “The main goal for the Lakers is to win a championship. All I care about, all we care about, is to raise another banner in the rafters.“

Both of them have borrowed from Obama’s delivery. Shapiro has a bit more of the vocal tone. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel

I still think most of these MAGAs are easily being blackmailed via bad (bleep) they have done in the past or are still doing - the ugliness of their ideas and behaviors seem forced and not cultured in America
Republican North Carolina gubernatorial candidate and current Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson bought “hundreds” of bootleg porn videos and went to a porn shop nearly every day of the week in the ’90s and early 2000s, according to a new report.
Louis Money, a former employee, told the outlet that Robinson would often purchase two or more “previews,” which consisted of a viewing in a private booth, over the course of a night.
The future lieutenant governor also bought “hundreds” of bootleg porn videos that Money sold on the side, he said.
He told Raleigh station WRAL that Robinson’s tastes lay in “just straight American porn.”
“And I don’t trust anybody that doesn’t like good old American porn,” he went on. “So, no, he shouldn’t be [judged]. He should be judged on everything else, but he should not be judged for this.”
NEW: CNN has independently confirmed the Russia funded US media company that paid American right-wing social media stars is Tenet Media, based in Tennessee.
Nah, just a little code switching. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel
CNN has a new poll. What's notable about the poll is 20+% of independents in the battleground states are still open to who they are going to vote for. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.
In recent days Trump has finally admitted (on multiple occasions) that he lost the 2020 election. He has only done interviews with bootlickers recently but it sure would be nice if somebody pressed him on that soon and the implications that come along with him recognizing that he knew he lost all along. _________________ 14-5-3-12

I don't expect much from the media to press him on anything these days, even when he does take questions from non-bootlickers.
These recent events could be pursued by the media, but there's almost nothing.
- Potential $10 million bribe from Egypt.
- Hacked emails (multiple media organizations have them, but none have released them).
- The media knows more about what happened at Arlington, some might even be witnesses to what happened.
- The whole Epstein thing that came out a few weeks ago and nothing from the media. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid!

The future of our democracy the rights of millions rests on a bunch of morons who haven’t made up their minds.
This is an old one, but David Sedaris put it like this on a past election, which still applies here.

To put them in perspective, I think of being on an airplane.
The flight attendant comes down the aisle with her food cart and, eventually, parks it beside my seat. "Can I interest you in the chicken?" she asks. "Or would you prefer the platter of (bleep) with bits of broken glass in it?"
To be undecided in this election is to pause for a moment and then ask how the chicken is cooked.
