Bronny - Congenital Heart Defect

I was worried about that. But at least it sounds like it's a treatable situation.

Per Kartje (USC Beat writer for LA Times)

Bronny James’ sudden cardiac arrest at USC was caused by a congenital heart defect that “can and will be treated”, per a James family spokesperson.

“We are very confident in Bronny’s full recovery and return to basketball in the very near future.”

We don’t know what the “very near future” means, in terms of his return to the court, but this appears to be great news for Bronny and his basketball future.

His health is the most important thing, regardless of basketball, pray the doctors provide the treatment he needs.

Rich Paul said LeBron came to LA bc JESSE BUSS was able to draft nice young talent for the Lakers, family circumstances (they were already in LA), and also wanted to bring the Lakers back up to the top bc he wants to challenge himself.

I think we can get through the regular season with him missing 25-30 games and still be a top 3 seed in the West.

AD will be the key.

Did we ever get an update on LBJ's foot this summer?

I thought he was going to have surgery?

Or did his mutant powers heal it?

Does that mean 4 championships for Austin incoming?

Pretty sure the post you are replying to is talking about Bronny and his heart condition.

It appears he just needed to rest it, which doesn't mean it wasn't a real injury. But that it needed time to heal where he wasn't putting the stress on his foot required of playing in games.

That's what happens when your team is spearheaded by Iverson, someone as overrated as Westbrook.

Allen Iverson wasn't on the 2006 team, that was the "banana boat" crew https://i.imgur.com/wZ2lyBI.jpg

G Chris Paul, Kirk Heinrich
G Dwayne Wade, Joe Johnson
F Lebron James, Shane Battier
F Carmelo Anthony, Elton Brand, Antawn Jamison
C Dwight Howard, Chris Bosh, Brad Miller

Young inexperience group with worst vets than 2004 leading that group.

CP3/Howard - 20yrs old
Lebron/Melo/Bosh - 21yrs old
Wade/Joe - 24yrs old

Battier/Brand/Jamison as your vets?

You have 4 AllNBA players there, plus Bosh was an allstar. Wade was FMVP a month or two earlier

With Bronny back at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, LeBron made use of the facilities at Lourdes High School in the city. I've got a lot of family there and one who works at a school in town but unfortunately at a different one. LeBron surprised the students today with a fun appearance.
