Really liked going thru AD offensively in the first half. Now Lebron could conserve his energy to go beastmod3 in the 2nd half.
Would like to see AD's minutes come down though. The West is so stacked I'm not sure there's gonna be many blowout games where we could rest AD. _________________ Los Angeles Lakers 2025 NBA Champions!! Go JJ! |

I am not going to lie. When he started bringing the ball up, I was not happy. I was thinking to myself here goes the ball movement. That was the best quarter I have ever seen him play. Almost every shot was a VERY tough shot. He put us on his back and willed us to win (against a team who has our number). |

Enjoy the team, but don't get your hopes up too much.
It is impossible to build a roster that will play for the championship by givin 50 million dollars from the team budget for LeBron James at the age of 40. |

That was the worst game I’ve seen from him since the 2011 finals blunder. 4 games in 6 nights will do that for the old man |

Expecting a bounceback in Cleveland but boy was that bad. I think the lower usage is a gift and a curse for him, and that he should probably sit out back to backs |

It felt like he was forcing the issue because of the streak. And incredible accomplishment no doubt, but it has to end and he's almost 40. No shame in that, especially when you're having an off night. Too bad he didn't let his teammates do the job. |

It was incredibly selfish.. He started gunning to preserve the streak. We should have went to the Austin/AD two man game a lot sooner. |

So apparently Lebron was sick during that game. |

Thought this was the case given his body language. He wasn't visibly frustrated with his play while also being super lethargic. He would've powered through this 10 years ago but 4 in 6 nights makes it impossible, especially with Phoenix guarding him well. |

^^ It was one of the worst games of his entire career IMO; certainly with the Lakers. So makes sense he was sick. The gunning comments are silly. He logged his most playing time and took his second fewest attempts so far this season. I think he only had 3 FGAs in the fourth? He got fouled on a couple of other attempts but no one could hit shots in that quarter for us so the driving was necessary. |

Didn’t he take only 14 shots? That’s not gunning it. He let Reaves handle it majority of the time once it became clear Reaves had the hot hand. The Lebron criticism is wild. He tried to make an impact with his limitations last night and couldn’t. Has nothing to do with being selfish. People need to stop over analyzing. |

I love how NBA reporters act as if they've never met a cold. It's going around right now. JHS just had it, Zion's had it. |
