LeBron likely feels that he can let Luka do all the play making while he can save his energy in the 4th quarter, it could perhaps work out but we need another piece or 2 |

Hell no. If he opts out, let him walk. If he opts in, let him expire. Don't want to pay him 50 million plus for 2 or 3 more seasons. |
Jeanie will pay him until he decides to retire. |
They won't if Luka doesn't want him. |
And if he (Luka) can fill up the stands at the existing rates. |
Lakers season ticket renewals were 97%+ even during the string of lottery years. I'm going to go out on a limb and say ticket sales are a non-issue. If anything prices are going up.
To add to that, the general joy and hysteria across all of social media DWARFS when Lebron joined us. Not even close. Can't tell you how many fans were losing interest the last few years (like me) and are losing their minds right now. | Yup. _________________ Music is my medicine |

If he wants to stay longer then obviously it would be time he takes a significant pay cut. He was going to do it for a declining Klay. He is billionaire, is he trying to squeeze out every last dollar or possibly win a 5th championship in the city he wants to play in? |

Time for lebron to play that draymond 5 role!
1/5 PnR with Luka and Bron.
Bron
Rui
DFS
Reaves
Luka
3 guys strong enough to body up 5’s. Super switchable and everyone shoots
DFS and Rui in the corners 😂. Both shooting 42% from 3
Who you helping off of?
Need to see it!!!
Spread the floor and let Bron/Luka run a PNR. Imagine the short roll passes Bron can make. Your defense is done
How can you run a traditional 5 with this lineup? _________________ “Cuban would never”

The Lakers have done what I've been saying for some time. They're getting ready for LALBJ LifeAfterLeBronJnames. Luka's knock is conditioning. Bron is a health and conditioning freak. Maybe he can get Luka to buy into conditioning and health. He's only 25. He can be the face of the team in the future. Looks like Rob has pulled another trade deadline coup. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I want to see where JJ plays AR. His shot is good enough to play the 2. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Luka is already the face of the team though.
If lebron cant inspire him to get in shape nobody can
Which is fine as long as he's healthy and dominates as he has. |

I don’t even want a center tbh. I want LeBron in the paint doing his best draymon green impression. Luka at the one, LeBron at the 5.
2025 version of magic and Kareem
Luka/gabe
Reaves/dalton
DFS/cam
Rui
Lebron/vando

I could see it honestly. That’s the roll he played for us before. How much does he have left in the tank? _________________ “Cuban would never”

Judging by basketball reference, he looks thoroughly washed |

I mean technically we would only need about 10 mpg from him.
I put this rotational together on 2K and we’re just missing a few minutes.
Honestly Hayes is probably good for 10mpg until wood gets back.
We have a lot of size. Between rui, bron, and DFS we can get away without a traditional big. They just gotta box out and with Luka rebounding the way he does… we might be ok. _________________ “Cuban would never”

didn't they try Lebron at center two seasons ago?
If i remember it right it didn't work that good. We were better on offense but bled a lot of points as well.
Maybe he can play the 5 against teams that lack a inside scoring big. |

Pretty much nothing.
If anything he'll embrace the Jared Dudley role |

I was thinking Bron as the center on offense and DFS as the center on defense! _________________ “Cuban would never”

26 points 8 rebounds 9 assists. Just ridiculous what he is doing at age 40. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |
