| So I see Bagley at #9 here, while most people have him as top 3, top 5 at worst. I've heard him described as the best prospect since Anthony Davis. Why the discrepancy here? |

From my interactions with the guys behind the Stepien, they value hoop IQ MUCh MUCH more than just size/athleticism attributes.
