171.) play-in

I never thought I would miss David Stern.

170.) Spokane

The palefaces who stole this city blew their opportunity at changing pronunciation to the much more satisfying "spo KAYNE", and now saying the name is just as big a waste of time as being there.

I literally just wrote the word literally . . . twice.

Any statement where the person feels the need to employ this boring word . . .

I'm sure I've added this one to the list but I have to restate my disdain for this phrase:

RUN IT BACK.

I dunno why people say:

'Same Difference'

Isn't that an oxymoron?

976) The overuse of the term "narcissism." It does have a legitimate meaning per the DSM, but people use it to refer to anyone who is selfish, self-absorbed, etc. When I hear someone use it these days, I immediately tune out.

Add the term "gaslight" to the list as well.

Putting the word "Yummy" in Yelp restaurant reviews and if you add emoji's with it I would say a felony charge is warranted.

It is so hard to find actual quality restaurants in a college town from reviews, and this right here is a big part of it. Along with the general crappy product restaurants put around colleges (because why bother).

149.) watery grave

"he was sent to a watery grave"

watery is most comfortable when dissing textures for things that shouldn't be watery, like watery pomodoro, watery beans. The ocean is not watery nor is it a grave, it's water.

148.) scheduling specialist

"In a few moments you will be connected with a scheduling specialist. If this is a medical emergency please call 911"

receptionist
