After years working as a receptionist, I can say that they specialize in nothing, and scheduling least of all. I was hired because I specialized in having a pulse. If pressed, my top specialties on the job were sh_tposting on LG, doing homework, answering phone calls, paging people, replacing toner, and seeking out potlucks in other departments' break rooms. Somewhere way down on the list maybe was scheduling
