This tweet made my head spin lol. It’s weirdly worded.

F the Clippers.. if not us, then stay East Kyrie. We aim for KD then. lol

Let’s see if Irving really wants to team up with LeBron because that’s awfully a long list of teams he would like to play for .. for someone who has been in contact with LeBron. |

More Woj.

Is this good for us? |
I'm not sure that it makes a lot of sense, but if Kyrie opts in, that's a good thing in my opinion. The possibility of a Westbrook plus picks for Irving trade seems remote, but if it happened, I would rather that it not be a sign and trade deal. He would want a long-term deal.
It also indicates that the idea of him taking the taxpayer MLE was just as wacky as it sounded all along. _________________ Internet Argument Resolved |

The clippers would be beyond foolish to trade PG or KL to land Kyrie; simply because they have extremely strong chemistry. Coach Lue might prefer Kyrie to PG, who knows, but while it might make sense from a talent perspective, it doesn't make much sense for their team build.
Then again, what the heck do i know. |

My prediction: the folks who are saying Westbrook won’t be traded are gonna end up being wrong as well.. it wouldn’t surprise me to see something go down today involving Westbrook |

If KD goes to Boston I’m gonna puke, I love AD but you have to pull the trigger especially if it prevents him from going to Boston or to a WC team that is on crusp of winning. |

Btw, let’s hope the Clippers implode as bad as the nets
All we need is maybe one more year of Kawhi as a part-time player. |

Are most Laker fans okay with trading AD for Durant if it’s on the table? Maybe Irving was a smokescreen all this time and our real target was KD. |

Quote: | Opt-in-and-trade is the logical pathway to get Kyrie Irivng to most of these teams. Irving has a 15% trade bonus that, if traded in during free agency, would raise his salary next season to $42.3M. Team acquiring Irving would need to send out $33.7M to match salaries. |

Waiting for the Clippers to announce Irving for Morris, Kennard, and Zubac. |

Clippers have all the tools to make a splash. And if they don't, they'll still have the best roster in the league. |

In a trade for KIrving, Rob may have some leverage and instead of sending a pick, requiring one just for the fact that Kyrie is not vaccinated. |

We need defense and we don't need more offense. With Lebron and KD, we might score 150 points but we would give up 160 points. |

What tools?
They have 2 stars, who they are not trading.
Good role players, who are all over paid
No picks. |

At the end of the day, wouldn't be surprised if KD/Irving just come back to the Nets. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |
