The Rams have done nothing so far but lose players. I hear they could be trading Gurley. Seems like it could be a down year but hey at least we got that new stadium to look forward to! _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

And not tendering Robey-Coleman. I don't think the Rams are going to be very good next season unless they can miraculously solve their O-line issues. Defense appears like it will be clearly worse. |

Rams re-signed Whitworth to a 3-year contract.
They also signed former Bears pass rusher Leonard Floyd to a 1 year $10M contract.
I read a report earlier Gurley could be traded or cut. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

it's about time, Gurley was never the same since beginning of 2nd half of the 2018 season. |

Also lost Dante Fowler. Floyd only had 3 sacks last season, but maybe he can resurrect his career by getting a lot of one-on-one opportunities with Aaron Donald. |

Been hoping that for whomever we lined up out there with AD for the last few years. I was prepared for Fowler and Brockers to leave but thought the Rams wouldn't let Littleton go. He must have got a great offer from the Raiders. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Case study (again) of why teams don't want to overpay for RB's.
I want to say something about him though, he really laid it on the line and ran hard between the tackles for the Rams. It isn't a surprise to me he got hurt, he really ran like a man and deserved to get paid. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Rams signed former 2nd rounder A'Shawn Robinson (an Alabama alum). He'll essentially take Brockers' place on the D-line. |

Rams went all in the last two seasons.
Didn't get the big prize and now they have no choice but to tear it down as they are in salary hell. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

If that's the case, might as well move Cooks for whatever you can and, hell, they might as well move Ramsey too, if they are fully rebuilding. I'm guessing that they will try to contend this year, though, with the hope of replenishing the O-line somehow. But they only have 4 draft picks, so good luck! |

Look, I'm not an apologist.
Yes, the contracts look like crap right now. But what if they had not messed up that superbowl appearance and actually won. Would the contracts been a little easier to swallow?
Either way, I don't know if the other running backs are gonna be as dynamic as Gurley, but at least they won't be injured.
We never heard the full details about his injury even though it had been rumored to be an arthritic knee that just won't get better.

They are definitely not making the playoffs with the current roster as constructed. |

Yep, the offense crapped in their pants on the biggest stage. They are not going anywhere close to the Super Bowl with the roster as constructed. |

Robey-Coleman signed with the Eagles. He and Slay are huge for that team, as Slay is a #1 CB and Robey-Coleman was PFF's 19th-rated CB last year and is effective in the slot. Annual burn victim Jalen Mills is moving to safety, and it remains to be seen if that works, but they've filled 2 big CB holes. (They did let Malcolm Jenkins walk.) |

Some good news, as Michael Brockers' deal with the Ravens fell through. Apparently they had some concern with his physical. Anyhow, he's now re-signed with the Rams. |

Rams trading away Cooks and owe Gurley (and maybe Matthews) money. You have to question management. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |
