Well, with no guarantees & not trading successfully for PG & Leonard, Magic has to overwhelm Pelicans with offer to get it done.
I thinking like Zubac BI, Hart, I’d even throw in Lonzo or multiple picks. Not sure if we can sign a very good player in summer, but we definitely need more shooters!

Both work under the cap. I prefer keeping Zubac out of this if we can. I like AD and Z at the PF and C spots if we go big... |

Yeah, I guess it only works if KCP waives his no trade (how do you give a no trade to a one year contract) hope this guy doesn’t hold things up, I’d like to keep Kuz...

Hopefully like the media, they also overrate Kuzma and that we get to keep one of Lonzo or Ingram or Hart.

What are the fillers? B/c those 3 combined only make 8m-ish combined. Do you think KCP will agree to go to the Pels?

| The league did this to itself..... I knew once he got snubbed for all-star starter he was going to request the trade. We have to give them everything! Ball.BI.Kuz.since should get it done.we might have to include kcp to make money work. |

KCP is sure to be in the trade, so there is $12 million and I think it’s safe to say that Kuzma is also in the deal offered. The rest of the options are either
Ball or Ingram, and I think the zLakers will try to keep Ball.
Hart, Zubac, or Wagner, we probably try to hold onto Hart.
Anthony Davis for:
KCP
Kuzma
Ingram
Zubac
Wagner or first round pick
Then say hello to Melo.... |

Why would the Pels not wait until summer then? They have no reason or pressure to trade him until all the best offers are on the table, which includes Boston. Why not wait for the inevitable bidding war. This also hurts the Lakers because all the one year contracts are now free agents.
Pels have no business incentive to trade before then. It is the Lakers that will likely be desperate not the Pels. |

This is my take too. If I'm the Pels, you at least know AD is out. Why not include the team with the best assets?

Gutting the team & players who get minutes means we will have to play guys such as Svi, Mo, Beasley, Lance which isn’t a bad thing considering they are getting PT cause of injuries.
Hopefully we have a solid 5 starters. Wonder if Pels have a shooter we could get. I believe Magic will go hard this time, but in the end we’re at the mercy of the team trading an all star & teams still not willing to trade, improve or see us rise to top again. Teams need to get over this mind set!
