This is just pathetic. I wonder how this team looks with two players in the C+-B range next to AD. |
The Lakers have some ok defenders like Reddish and Christie but they're basically as bad on offense so that causes new issues

It's been hidden under LeBron's struggles, but AD has had some iffy games recently.
He's had some bad shooting games and games where he didn't shoot enough.
He gets more leeway of course considering how dominant he started the season.
But, I'm guessing he's hurt more than he's letting on. |

AD's and Bron's offensive output in the last 7 games are strongly correlated. Hard for me to discount that these guys are mentally checking out on this squad once they face any bit of resistance, and the bottom falls out. I think we overindex on the physical with these guys. |

AD has done that through. Been playing through numerous injuries while a Laker and has come back earlier from injury than he should have in 2021.
I understand Lakers wanting to ride this era out and not throw assets away, but from ADs point of view that’s gotta be frustrating. ADs is focused on himself and the now, not what happens to the Lakers after him.
We’re not on the same page….time to break it up. |

And he is just going to wither away and age in LA cause the Lakers are delusional about Lebron James. It's time to cash in on AD. They need to flip him now and start the rebuild. Send Lebron to a contender too. It's freaking OVA. Multiple years of blaming the coach, now it's squarely on the players. And if Jeanie is not letting Pelinka go, then freaking REBUILD. WTF is this product? Rebuild now while they still have value, AD has significant value and can jumpstart a rebuild. But it has to be now.

Those 2 have to play nearly perfect every night for us to scrape some wins against bottom teams. They get blown out when either one of them shows up... I mean should they just demand a trade hoping the FO makes a trade hmmmm? |

They both had a chance to bounce. They took the cash. Both guys are chillin. You aren’t this apathetic as players if Winning was the only thing that mattered. Let them ask fora trade and let klutch get us assets. Otherwise they have to impose their wills or continue to lose to good teams
