Raheem Morris didn't land a head coaching job so it looks like he will be back as Ram's defensive coordinator. Glad to have him back.

No. The soft zone/Prevent defense needs to go.
3rd and 7 and the DBs are playing 12 yards off the LOS?

It was so frustrating watching the defense this year. We have an elite talent like AD and his skills are wasted because we allow the QB to get rid of the ball within 2 seconds with our soft coverage. We left the defense on the field far too long and hung the guys out to dry game after game. There's a reason he wasn't scooped up.

| Apparently Allen Robinson was close to signing with the Eagles last year and the Rams swayed him very late in the process. This caused the Eagles to pivot to a trade for AJ Brown at the draft. You want to talk about a ripple effect...wow! |

This almost certainly has legs. Ramsey deleted a tweet a couple of weeks ago, I think, that alluded to changing teams. Many think the Lions are the favorite to trade for him. Of course, they have Brad Holmes calling the shots, and we've completed a big trade with them in the recent past. They also happen to have an extra 1st Round pick (you know why that is) and a huge need to improve their secondary. I can't imagine we could get the #6 overall pick out of them, but they do have #18 overall, too.
I'll withhold judgement until we see what the final details of any trade are, but the Rams wouldn't even save that much money on the cap this year (I think a little under $6MM in cap savings is all), so they better be getting some good draft capital. |

Reports today are the Rams are looking to trade or release Allen Robinson and Leonard Floyd. Also, Rams are shopping Jalen Ramsey. Last week they released Bobby Wagner.

Some rumors that Dallas has interest in Ramsey. They have the #26 overall pick. Also rumors that Dallas could look to trade for someone like DeAndre Hopkins with that pick instead. Just my own speculation, but I wonder if the Bengals (#28 overall) could have Ramsey interest. Eli Apple is a free agent, they have a clear CB need, and of course Zac Taylor has connections to the Rams building. |

Sounds like the Rams are doing Ramsey a solid by trading him to the team he wants to play for. The Rams will probably get less draft compensation because of this.
