Verse has missed like 3 sacks this game. Just shows how much of an impact Donald had, wish he wouldve stayed 1 more year. Also should have brought back A.Witherspoon, he was the best DB last year _________________

Mcvay "hats off to the Cardinals that's a good team with good coaches. We just didn't come to play and that's something we need to look at and learn from and we will. Because that's all we know how to do"
Tired of the Mr Nice guy bs with him.
The team has zero killer instinct _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

Of course Kupp goes down, now no WR's in addition to no OL. |

Brutal game for the Rams, now Nacua and Kupp hurt.
Kyren Williams not doing much on the ground and they can't pass protect.
Other than that, they are doing great. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

other than that, oh yeah and the defense, they are doing great.
(and I thought they might win 10 games this year) _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo" |

Just disappointing all around, the O Line is not playing well at all and the defense was non-existent in the first half. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

There is nothing and I mean nothing to get excited about on the Rams, they need a complete rebuild.
On the positive side, this Rams team will allow me more time to do OTHER things on Sundays..
Anyone know when Lakers pre-season starts? _________________ What does Marcellus Wallace look like? |

Oct. 4th. However, I get the feeling the Lakers are going to be giving us lot of heartache as well. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Just the perfect storm (in a bad way) to start the season. OL injuries even before Week 1, and then more OL injuries during Week 1. Nacua goes down in Week 1. Now we're without both Nacua and Kupp for what is looking like an extended period. This is looking like 2022 all over again, where it's going to be difficult for the offense to function. And this says nothing of the defense. I think the team was built to be a playoff contender (even without Donald), but when a team is decimated at OL and with their top-2 pass-catchers, it's going to be tough sledding. We could easily open up 1-5 or 1-6, something like that, and then you have to wonder if the focus doesn't shift to development and maybe trying to trade a couple of vets who aren't on long-term deals for some mid-round picks. It wouldn't be difficult to imagine a strong OL in 2025. Or even later this year. But that is looking like it will be too late to save this season. NFL seasons are small sample sizes. And this one could be slipping away. Fast. |

I was watching the Indiana Fever game and then began switching back and forth with the Rams game. It didn't take long until I was switching back and forth a lot less. _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo" |

Rams will be picking in the top 5 of the draft next year. This is the worst team we’ve had since the Linehan/Spags days of 2007-2009.
AD was clearly the only thing holding the defense together. Without him in the middle, they get no push and simply get ran over in the run game. Reeder/Rozenboom both stink as LB’ers, and White is cooked at CB. We are soft, slow, unathletic on defense.
Offense should improve if the line gets healthier but to win games the offense will need to score 28+ to stay in most games and I doubt it does.
Ramsey/AD/Miller/Kupp/Stafford was a great extremely top heavy team. But the cost of the cap and the F them pickd attitude has caught up to us. Rams in massive rebuild mode now. Snead going to need to draft another AD, or be bad enough to get a Goff he can win with on a rookie deal while building up the rest of the roster.
Paying Stafford his deal with all the holes on the current roster means this is a 4-5 win team AT BEST |

Brutal.
Quote: | The Rams are now without these starters for multiple weeks:
WR Cooper Kupp
WR Puka Nacua
CB Darious Williams
LG/C Jonah Jackson
LG/C Steve Avila
Backup swing tackle Joe Noteboom
S John Johnson III
RG Kevin Dotson is playing through a foot injury. |

Rams 7.5 underdogs at home to San Francisco.
The 49ers are banged up also and that is a lot of points, but I am not sure I can take the Rams in their current state. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

This game is gonna be a shttshow. I dont trust McVay to fight fire with fire. Or to quote Darvin Ham, "meet force with force".
He will try to play cute and out-finesse the Niners and get promptly run over. Smh

Well this has been shocking. 49ers didn't commit to the run today, and then a couple of mistakes late (the missed FG and the Bell drop) allowed the Rams to creep back in and have a FG attempt to win this. |
