I like both the floret and stem, but the stem actually tastes better (most people dislike it because of visual and cultural stimuli plus the fact that too many of the woody parts are included). _________________ “We must always take sides. I agree as long as there's a clear delineation between a true squatter and someone who has pissed off the landlord or is in a valid legal conflict with the landlord.
Not as easy as it sounds. |

In California, for a squatter to claim rights through an adverse possession claim, they must occupy the property continuously and openly for at least five years. Additionally, they must pay property taxes for that duration. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

The fact that a property owner can’t remove vagrants from an empty home without going through a process is terrible. _________________ Iman Shumpert, believes LBJ's decision to constantly team up with other All-Stars eschewed the idea of superstars continually adding layers to their repertoire. |

I read it too. If they occupy an empty house for 5 yrs and pay the property taxes they have a shot at owning it. If you want to get frustrated their is a squatter’s channel on yt where they are being asked to leave. _________________ Iman Shumpert, believes LBJ's decision to constantly team up with other All-Stars eschewed the idea of superstars continually adding layers to their repertoire. |

Of course you did, gentry.

Speaking of whores, I think prostitution should be legal. Of course, it has to be tightly regulated, but if the whores, I mean women, are doing it on their own free will and are free of STIs, then there shouldn't be a problem as long as the industry has the right regulations.
In all seriousness, it would be another step toward female empowerment. Wages haven't kept up with the cost of living for the past 40+ years, especially the cost of college. If a woman in college has what it takes, imagine the money she could make being a prostitute just part time. It would also create more business opportunities for those who are right for entrepreneurship. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers |

They’re bashed mostly due to Hagar’s writing. Fifty-leven songs about love, ugh. Neuter the band, Sammy. Good job. I remember hearing Why Can’t This Be Love? the first time. It was a curious choice as the Hagar debut. Ed was beyond his yrs in the earliest recordings, but I think most fans preferred his overall tone in the DLR era. In 1984, it was already morphing into something halfway towards 5150. He had more of a blues swing in the early years and was one of the most Les Paul leaning guys who was never seemingly thought of that way. He had a Strat-looking guitar, but liked Gibson humbuckers and owned a Les and played it on stage. His early shark guitar (Ibanez Destroyer, knockoff of Gibson Explorer) was a bit muddier and less bright than the Frankenstrat. The pickups on that one were more Lessy, imo.
RE Roth. I went thru Boardwalk Empire recently and the only 2 songs I recognized were Just A Gigolo and Big Bad Bill Is Sweet William Now. Both of which I only knew cuz of Dave. And Gigolo is where Dave jumped that shark. There’s a clip of Bill Burr saying Diamond Dave was too theatrical for his own good. I think so. I never hated Sammy as a dude, it’s that his songs were meh to me for the most part. And Humans Being from “Twister” soundtrack is one I like and he hated it. Disliked Right Now as their biggest hit w/ Sam. That shows a bridge that was always impassible for me. I kinda liked Poundcake and the video. I like the cover of Won’t Get Fooled Again circa 93. His voice lended better to a song like that. He kept his voice much longer than Dave.

Van Hagar was VH Lite, but with zero taste and less fulfilling. Van Halen was Rock music, Van Hagar was pure schlock rock. _________________ "You know it seems the more we talk about it, it only makes it worse to live without it."
