Dallas a 6 point favorite on the road tonight vs. the NY Giants.

Both teams of course playing on a short week with Dallas coming off two abysmal games at home and the Giants coming off a nice road win at Cleveland.

In recent history, Dallas has absolutely owned the NY Giants but something seems way off with the Cowboys right now. Teams are running the ball on them at will and on offense they are inconsistent and now have Lamb pulling the diva receiver routine after sitting out all camp for more money and then sucking in the first 3 games (he is on my 0-3 Fantasy Team) so they need to get it going right now.

I am going to stay off this one from a betting perspective, but I would lean towards the Giants and the points.

Jerry Jones is what's wrong. He wants the spotlight. He's taken Mike McMacarthy's locker room voice. Agree with SAS or not I think he's on to something when he says Jerry should hire Belichick. If he does he can have the spotlight and if he lets Bill coach unabated he'll come up a winner. If they don't beat the Giants tonight their season is just about a wash.

If Jerry Jones hires Belichick, Belichick will get so much attention, and the national media will claim he's the Cowboys' savior and that he'll teach Dak how to win big games. That means Jones will be overshadowed. Can he deal with that, or is he too egotistical for that?

That's why I mentioned him being sacked 35 times. He may be hearing footsteps. He may be gun shy. Does he need a better offensive line? Has the organization given him the support he needs? There was a reason he was the first overall pick.

It would help Lawrence if the Jaguars got him some better weapons. Losing Calvin Ridley hurts, and Christian Kirk isn't a legit No. 1 wideout.

Look at what having Justin Jefferson has done for Sam Darnold. I know it's really early, but he's finally looking like the QB people thought he would be when he came out of college.

He's just not that good. He lost his last 5 starts last year, too. Eight losses in a row. I don't necessarily think he's awful, but he's always had issues with accuracy and I don't think he's great at the nuances of the position.

Jerry wants a ring. I think he'd curb his ego for a season to get one. If Bill were to win a ring and got the ink Jerry may revert to being egotistical Jerry the following season. His ego was the reason he fired Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy was getting the credit for winning. He's on record saying anybody could coach this team.

This Cowboy team is nowhere close to winning a Super Bowl. It wouldnā€™t matter if Vince Lombardi himself were coaching them.

This. Their running backs suck, they can't stop the run defensively and Dak Prescott always seems to underperform in big games and in the playoffs.

It may take more than one season for them to fix enough of their weaknesses to truly compete for a chip, and Prescott may ultimately be the one holding them back on the field.

Some great matchups this week in the NFL, but clearly the big one is the Sunday Night Game....Buffalo at Baltimore.

Baltimore is favored by 2 points.

Buffalo has been the most impressive team in the league so far this season. Josh Allen is on another level right now and is the clear early front runner for MVP, but it is a real test going into Baltimore.

Baltimore got the must win last week at Dallas to avoid going to 0-3. But 1-3 isn't much better than 0-3, so this is another huge game for the Ravens.

Because of that, I am leaning towards Baltimore to win and cover the point spread because the reality is they need this game much more than Buffalo does.

Baker Mayfield is ballin. He took the opening possession to the endzone. Bucks up 14-0 over the Eagles.

Where did this Sam Darnold come from? Vikings up 14-0 over Packers.

Well, Well, Patrick Mahomes is human after all. Overthrew a receiver for an INT. Bolts up 10-0

Oh what do you know, the officials miss the spot in favor of the Chiefs and against the Chargers BY A FULL YARD. Big difference between 4th and 1.5 yards compared to 4th and inches.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence that the Chiefs got another favorable call.

NAH. The Chiefs are the leagues chosen. Officials see things in their favor.

Iā€™m loving what is going on in Tampa Bay. Cleveland couldnā€™t wait to get rid of Baker and no look where he is and where the Browns are.

Iā€™ve watched every Commanders game because I have Daniels and Robinson in fantasy. They are for real.

Daniels is a pleasant surprise.

Gotta be right? Itā€™s not like things have ever gone in their favor late in any other games.

Itā€™s nice to see that the officials have decided to only call the bills for holding and unsportsmanlike contact.

I'm of the opinion that if the Ravens ever get their stuff together in the playoffs they are the team that could dethrone the Chiefs if just for one time.

The Bills are playing bad, but Ravens seem to hold on every single snap and not get called.
