Annoyed that I already invested my capital and missed the sale. Fortunately, almost all of my option contracts are due 23 months out.

Legit didn't expect a drop this sharp, which was like pricing at the end of December into January for the tech stocks I'm in. Thought the gains in those time periods would stay green after these drops but it didn't.

I hate being a rookie at this and not knowing what to anticipate.

Sold off about 30 positions a couple weeks ago as they recovered to pre-pandemic prices but were meh before the pandemic. Moved those funds into more traditional earners. Also sold some country ETFs that did well during the pandemic and took profit there, moved that into small cap growth.

Trying to pay for my son's summer school, so I bought some extra TTD when it was at $800 at the beginning of the year. Sold that after earnings came out last week and hit $905. Then bought it back at $770 yesterday (revenue from connected TV ad sales is only going to grow, so I don't mind holding on long-term, but just trying to put some of that college money to work!).

Interesting seeing institutional investors buying the dip in bitcoin.

They moved onto other penny stocks to pump and dump.

The Frankensteins are trying to make GME rise again!

Yep. As soon as I saw banks and other institutions willing to accept BIT, I bought shares in GBTC, several weeks ago, and RIOT, a highly volatile ETF linked to BIT mining. I knew I bought RIOT way too high, especially considering the RSI and MACD, but thought it was a worthy risk for an option 2 years out.

Just gotta wait it out, because that thing JUMPED multiple times.

SOXL is still one of my favorite shares. I find it very predictable with very short cycles.

My index funds are still chugging a long.

I did shift one of my accounts from being 10 percent invested in bonds to being nine percent invested in bonds. 'Cause you know....live a little.

It's becoming a little of a bitcoin play with how much he threw into that, which is interesting. But everything dipping right now. I may buy into something.

Microstrategy is another one that’s heavily dependent on Bitcoin and has been either skyrocketing or plummeting...

Only if you've got some beliefs on semiconductors, not because of the split. This was planned/announced a while ago to hit now. Also, remember this is a triple leveraged ETF, a very aggressive type of ETF that will have some big swings. It's actually grandfathered in as a 3X. I think they can only create 2X leveraged ETFs now.

Prior "bottom" was a few bucks below 500, which would make the post split price around $33.33.

But as one of my favorites, and something I strongly believe in, I added more shares on top of the split.

I've got 4 of the holdings in that fund and 3 of the 4 are underperforming this sector badly. They are doing solid enough compared to other stuff, for sure, but just dogging compared to the ETFs in this sector. Thinking of selling them off and just reallocating that into an ETF here. I'll hold onto the one that's up 450%. But annoyed.
