Yes, they are sure of at least 10th spot. It's the 7 & 8th spot that they need to secure at least.

Warriors and Grizz at max can only have 39 win. Lakers has 37. They just need to win 2 and they are already sure of top 7 spot, they have the tiebreaker vs Grizz and Warriors.
