Bit the bullet and am going tonight in Inglewood. Anyone else going?
Lucky! How’s you like it? I heard OT9 performed ALL their songs tonight. When we went yesterday Jeongyeon had to miss 3 performances. Still worth it but I think day 2 was more complete!
They split into three subgroups for one song each, but other than that it was all nine for each song. I got lucky and sat in the fourth row of D because someone panic sold for a discount price.
I was amazed at how small and young they look. I didn’t realize they were so short.
They ran out of merchandise even though I got there early. I wanted the light stick.
Do you think it was COVID safe? I triple masked, but still… _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Probably more safe than not with their Covid guidelines.
We got there just before 5 and light sticks were sold out too. It was a bummer. _________________ Tacos

You’re so lucky to get such a great seat. Do you have a favorite member?
If you’re double vaxxed+boosted and triple masked, you’ve done about all you could to stay safe. I would imagine kpop fans are likely to be cautious as well and take it seriously. Had this been a Garth Brooks concert all bets are off. Hope you enjoy the one in Oakland as well!

Yeah, I paid half less than half the price of everyone around me yesterday. Bought it the day of.
Toss-up between Mina and Tzuyu for favorite. What about you? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

They’re my top two as well, it all started with Tzuyu and before long, Mina. It must’ve been surreal to finally see them up close.
Hope you’re able to get one of the lightsticks at Oakland, the early merchandise sales will be starting at 1pm in Lot H. If they also did early sales in LA, I can see why they sold out by the time the doors opened.

What I found a bit odd is that they’re actually not that tall. They look taller on video than they actually are. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
^I think way the videos are produced, they film at various angles to make the girls appear different than their actual height (lower angles can make people look taller). Also, some of the members’ are not as tall as what’s listed in the official profile.
WASHINGTON — BTS' latest dynamite move? Meeting with President Joe Biden at the White House.
All seven members of the superstar K-pop group – RM, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook and V – joined Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre for Tuesday's White House's daily press briefing, during which they commemorated the final day of AAPI Heritage Month by each making brief remarks about anti-Asian hate crimes, the importance of inclusion and their dedicated fanbase.
"It is a great honor to be invited to the White House today to discuss important issues of anti-Asian hate crimes, Asian inclusion and diversity," said RM, later adding "We thank President Biden and the White House and for giving this important opportunity to speak about important causes, reminding ourselves of what we can do as artists."
"Today is the last day of AANHPI Heritage Month. We joined the White House to stand with the AANHPI community and to celebrate," added Jin. (RM delivered his remarks in English, while the rest spoke in Korean with a translator.)
Taylor has the luxury of time to deliver an album. It's a different scenario with JYP and others in the industry, members of TWICE signed a 7 year contract so the company is going to maximize the time while everyone's still together. Twice coming to Inglewood on June 10th and Oakland on June 13th. Anyone planning on going? (Or who wants to do me a favor and help me queue for tickets?)
