We had a Lavar Ball thread, so why not?
Regarding his shot, as my art history teacher used to say: If it ain't Baroque, then don't fix it. |

Glad Ball plans to wear #2. DFish kinda ruined that number after his dbag actions post retirement. |

11 points 7 assists 4 rebounds on 40/37/75
He's gonna struggle to score at times but his shot will translate and it's gonna be clear how good of a passer he is. _________________ “Life is too short. You have to keep it moving.” - Kobe |

Lonzo is going to dominate as the floor general with so much talent around him. His calm demeanor is so impressive. I expect him to dominate summer league |

Ball seems like he's gonna want to wear number 2 if he comes here.
By the way, Lakers almost gave the #8 to Lin when he got here, but he decided to get the one he went with instead.
If anything that should tell you the Lakers plan on retiring Number 24. So 8 isn't considered as off limits as fans seem to think.
Then again under Magic, it might be.
But also if Ball wears #2 then Russell wears #1.
You got your best backcourt in the NBA jersey sales right there. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

12/6/6 as a rookie. I think his impact is gonna be on DLO. When he moved Bryce Alford to SG from PG he turn Bryce from a bad PG to a good SG. DLo can be an allstar with a guy getting him the ball.

if he's the off-ball 2?
He could average similar to what Clarkson did but with more assists. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

can you imagine BI cutting to the basket but actually getting the ball this time? Or Nance running the floor and having lobs waiting for him? Or another player on the floor that's actually capable of setting DLO up?

lol, not how I'd describe it. Bryce went from horrifically bad trigger happy PG to sub-par trigger happy SG on the offensive end. Bryce was still (bleep) on the defensive end at either spot. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif

Maybe too early. Ainge is kind of unpredictable in the draft. |

I do think if the Lakers draft Lonzo and make a jump, he will undeservedly get most of the credit when it would be more due to the development curve of the other young guys. I'd be OK with it though. |
