I don't think we had a hit after the 3rd inning today, also.
6 runs was sufficient
Not on the days when Syndergaard starts
Roberts was on SportsNet after the game and was asked a question about what's next for Syndergaard, and he sure sounded like it's unlikely that Syndergaard will be making his next scheduled start. He mentioned that he's fought through a blister issue and that a fingernail cracked today, and I'm just going to guess that we fake-IL him to buy him some time. Instead of flat-out DFA'ing him, keeping him on the roster still allows for the possibility of finding a trade where his salary goes out, you never know.

Nice, time to let insurance pay some of his salary instead of the ownership.
The Dodgers lead 6-0 in the 4th inning and the Reds are saying no problem. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.
Kershaw at 80 pitches with a back to back singles and no outs. I think he is done. I was hoping he can go 7 but not today.
Why not though. It's not like we're replacing him with some shut down arms.
6ip, 88 pitches.
Let him go another inning.
He got out of that inning so he just might come back. Honestly with our BP I would keep him out there regardless. I was just thinking like Roberts. He always pulls his pitchers early.
