I could see a instance were the Grizzles come out with a “cake walk game” mentality and the Lakers taking advantage of it and making it into a game, but the Grizzles play with a lot of poise for a team that has a lot of young players
No matter how bad the Lakers get, teams play their best against the Lakers. PatBev noted this the other week:
Quote:
"Understanding, you know, any team that plays us, they're not playing our record, they're playing the name across the jersey so, everyone's looking to beat us, so keeping that intensity the whole game with hard work and staying disciplined."
But also, this game is on ESPN. The Grizzlies aren't going to lay an egg on national television.
Friday night, .... in LA, ...... on National TV......... no better time or place for Memphis to lay an egg. GO LAKERS!!
If this handicapped Lakers can give top teams a headache, what more if they are complete amd healthy? I think they don't really need a trade, they just need to be healthy. Also need a backup plan once AD goes down again.

Savvy move by Ham to tell the refs not to automatically call the foul! _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night.

Through the last few losses, seems like AD only needs to play the final 2-5 minutes each game.
