I feel like we finish with a pretty tough 4 game stretch. Jazz-Clippers back to back, then Suns and Jazz. We are 0-7 against these opponents this season. We need a cushion.

If we’re struggling to beat the Jazz at that point then it’s honestly all moot.

This is it. If we can't beat the Jazz, even down Lebron, we don't deserve to be there

17-6

44-38 Season Record

**********************************

Assuming Ham will continue his good rotation like in the 2nd half of the pelicans game I think this can be done. Also assuming Bron and AD will be healthy.

1-0

3-1 with the New guys

2-0

4-1 with the New guys

3-1 so far prediction on point

5-2 with the New guys

11 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

Still doable, they can beat 6th to 15th ranked teams even without Lebron, just need AD to play.

3-2

5-3 with the New guys

11 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

4-2

6-3 with the New guys

10 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

5-2

7-3 with the New guys

9 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

6-2

8-3 with the New guys

8 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

Keep it going Lakeshow!!!

6-3

8-4 with the New guys

8 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

Who wins the 4-way tiebreaker?

Really need to win vs Pelicans and Rockets badly, I don't think AD should load manage. 1 loss between those 2 teams will be a big hit to them. Must win both games.

7-3 in this schedule

9-4 with the New guys

3-0 with the New guys and with Bron

7 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

7-5 in this schedule

9-6 with the New guys

3-0 with the New guys and with Bron

7 wins to go to finish the season @ 0.500

Expected an L vs Mavs. So that loss aint that heartbreaking.

8-5 in this schedule

10-6 with the New guys

3-0 with the New guys and with Bron

6 wins out of 10 games to finish the season @ 0.500

Expecting an L vs Suns but they playing without Kd so I hope they get the win.

You’re right. The Lakers haven’t played at a level for us not to think these games will be tough.

But I still believe this team can be excellent if they can play with discipline consistently.

However, the reality is that if this team doesn’t have 20+ turnovers, then they’ll miss a bunch of free-throws, and if they take care of the ball and make their free-throws, then they’ll play terrible defensively.

I hope they can consistently bring their A-game in this final stretch.

As I've said for a while, play ins are in no doubt. Only the seed we will get is. We may not be able to get to 6th, but maybe we can get to 7th or 8th and not have to play 2 play ins to get in. That should be a realistic thing for us. But we will need help. We lost a few tough ones to Dallas/Houston. We need to beat those sort of teams the rest of the way if we want to get to 7th.

I think we'll finish 9th, but there's a real shot still at 7th/8th.

If we can beat the Wolves and Thunder and match their record the rest of the way we'll squeak in 8th

Yeah, none of the teams around the Lakers have been playing well either. Any of them could bumble their way into the 9th/10th seed.

Looking ahead, there are no auto losses on our schedule. Only 2 teams over 500 at the moment. LAC and PHX who may rest guys by the time we play them
Utah has a hellish schedule coming up and they might be out of the contention by the time we play them
Minny has 3-4 tough games coming up
NOP- their honeymoon is over after tomorrow, they have the toughest schedule
Dal- they have a easy schedule and now Luka is back, they are in
OKC - lac, and us, they finish with some tough games, so we have to beat them Friday.

If not for the DAL and HOU losses, we will be contending for the 6th seed, but now it is looking like 7-8.

The bad news is that we have no auto wins on schedule either (maybe at houston), we have a chance to win every game and also have a chance to lose every game

We have some tough games left - really all of them, there are no layups with the way OKC and Utah seem to be fighting to make the playoffs and not tank

Chicago same deal, and Minny keeps winning somehow even with multiple guys out

Would be really helpful to get Lebron back here soon, maybe for the last 5 or 6 games at least

OKC is 4-7 in back to backs this season. Let’s make it a nice even 4-8.

Lakers need to be at least 7-2 in their next 9 games if they want to have a chance at 6th spot. I think the Warriors will be 5-3 in their last 8.

Warriors last 8 games :
vs Sixers L
vs Wolves W
vs Pelicans W
vs Spurs W
@ Nuggets L

@ Kings L
@ Blazers W

So we can only lose 1 more game for this thread to be accurate.
Let's do it.
8 in a row coming up.

I don't know about the Sixers beating the Warriors at Chase, they're kinda unstoppable there.
