The price for both Rui and Beasley is going down almost every game. Upon acquisition both were making about $16mil…I think their worth is still good and want both back…for about $8-10.

Then we still gotta worry about re-upping Austin, Dennis, Troy, and Wenyen.
Some team like the Suns or Nets will give Lonnie his Malik Monk deal.
Thankfully Vando and Mo are locked up for next season and Rob will work on their extensions later down the line.
DLO is going to get his mid max contract extension guaranteed.
Highly unlikely we can bring everyone back and if Kyrie coming to LA is still a thing this offseason highly unlikely we keep anybody☠️ |

That’s up to Jeanie, but if we can sign Dlo to a reasonable contract like 28-30 mil, she might be more willing to keep more guys.
Reaves we can keep, DS might get MLE. As far as TBJ goes, we have max Christine, and Wenyen is just a journeyman |

OKC expected to win since our stars were out. They did not expect our supporting cast to rise to the occasion.
OKC found out that no win is a sure win in the NBA.
The Lakers were the hungrier team, particularly in the second half. Great effort, great much needed win! |

We can decline Beasley’s option and look to bring him back for less than $16 mil…the amount of the less will depend on his production but I agree, it hasn’t and may not drop to $10-$8 mil. I was speculating on if he continues to trend downward significantly. So far he’s had two excellent 3pt shooting games…6-12, 7-11…and 4 bad chucker type 3pt shooting games…0-6, 2-7, 2-11, 3-12. (his only other Laker game was not bad either but since he brings little else the team needs more from him than 2-4 in 31+ minutes)
At 35% from 3 overall it’s still decent…not $16 mil though atm…more like $12.5 mil.
