Just gonna say this
If AD and our team can't beat a Luka-less Mavs, we weren't winning anything this year anyway. I have confidence we'll be able to knock them over though
Kyrie's a great player but I rate Luka higher |

if both Luka and Kyrie are out, sure, but i am afraid there are no easy wins for this current lakers team. i wouldn't even count those 2 B2B against the bulls auto wins. |

Mavs gutted their team for Kyrie. They have no depth or defense, and are relying on guys like Hardaway and Wood to carry them. It took them OT to beat the Spurs few days ago. Kyrie is nothing special. He scores but defensively he's a sieve. Luka put the team on his back and got hurt doing so. |

If we get this one tho, helps make up for it and keeps us alive for a 7/8 seed. |

Actually this win against the Mavs coupled with a win Sunday against the Magic puts the Lakers back in contention for the 6th seed. Sure..help is needed but…the GSW need to lose in Atlanta and Memphis, plus Minny has to lose in Toronto (or Chicago). If that happens the Lakers would have the inside track to 6th. That’s why the Houston loss hurt…we’d only need GSW to lose one of those games and wouldn’t need Minny to lose at all to get the 6th.
Either way…the game tonight against the Mavs is BIG, need to win!

AD must dominate the glass. The Mavs are a small team. Wood and Powell need to be exposed.
1) play inside-outside
2) push the ball in transition
3) defend the 3pt shots |
