I think this team is right there with you. Regardless of backing into a play in tournament this team has shown flashes but they don't want it.

Darvin Ham is officially Byron Scott/Luke Walton tier. And there is no sense of urgency with this group now. The spirit and energy besides a couple of role players are dead.

Got other things to do anyway.

Because the other bottom feeders are trash, we still have a shot at the 7 or 8 seed. Unlikely to catch Dallas now but everyone else is still fair game.

So don't give up just yet.

A good coach would have schemed to get the ball to Schro or Reeves. Schro has been a clutch FT shooter, AD has not.

The FO has shown a lack of commitment to this season, even now not playing AD in Houston game and not adding a center and most notably, waiting until the trade deadline to make a trade instead of before training camp. It’s hard d for the players to give that extra effort when you know the FO isn’t committed.

Nah…don’t think we’re lucky…it just tricks us into to false expectations. It would be better to not be fooled into thinking this is something that it’s not. With those teams losing it allows the perception to continue that this may be a contending team.
