Reaves calling for the ball

Reaves wants the moment.

And AD fine deferring. Weird to see.

He's not the guy. Dude has choked away at least 3 games this season.

Which is weird as hell. Feels like he's regressed massively from 2020.

He used to be pretty automatic from FT's now i dont trust him at all.

Got his chip and is fat and happy.

Seriously go back and look at him in the 2020 season, was an entirely different guy and mentality.

If AD had Trez’s footwork he’d be unstoppable. He should study every video he can find on Trez and practice his moves.

Sorry not sorry, Reaves reminds me a lot of Nash. His stop and go game is ridiculous. Always makes the right play. And best of all, never plays with fear. AD plays scared. That’s obvious. Reaves should be our starting 2. He should be just that next year. And I envision many all star appearances for him.

Reminds me a lot of Lou Williams, with obviously more playmaking and defensive value.

So an all star player? If Lou had playmaking and defense, he would be an all star. Lol

Actually TBH, I believe Austin does have all-star potential. Maybe a 1-2 time all star kinda guy. Historical comps (in terms of talent - not necessarily style) would be B to B+ tier guys like Jeff Hornacek, Hersey Hawkins, Kendall Gill, Isaiah Rider. I think Reaves absolute best case scenario is at a level similar to prime Eddie Jones and I am talking absolute best-case. I understand he doesnt play like Jones but just speaking level-wise comp to the Eddie in Charlotte which was his peak version.

It’s so weird seeing AD so passive. It seems like he checked out.

Something about him seems off but who knows. One thing for sure, this dude is NOT an alpha. He has the same fundamental issue Pau Gasol has.

Except Pau never acted like a primadonna. AD does.

Yeah, Boston does not want anything to do with the magic, they are a bad matchup. They're my favorite eastern conference team, super long, and athletic and if they had Issac, I don't think we win this game.

The guy is at a level very very close to Steve Nash. I remember in 1992 or 1993, I thought Price was at top tier PG level with KJ and Stockton with Terry Porter either right there with them or just below with Tim Hardaway

Funny you say that because when Nash blew up, I kept thinking how similar he was to Mark Price. Their absolutely filthy jumpers opened up the entire floor for them as passers.
