I guess when he tweeted “I’m back” he meant back on the injury report. He has been out since when, Feb? WTF did he really mean cause if the decision was to have surgery surly he felt something at the time of the tweet, was he just being fake? This Wood stuff, along with Vando, makes the no-show of Rob this off season even worse. Falk!!!!

When reasonably possible, I expect the Lakers to go after a ship like it can’t be denied. I haven’t seen a completely committed effort by the GM for the last 2 off seasons nor the last 2 trade deadlines. What is going on? |

| The only positive is that now you’ll see for sure Redick have no choice but to play Rui and Knecht at the 3/4 in non Lebron minutes. Which is sort of good as they are the two best skilled players there. We saw a lot of weird rotations from Ham last season in the first 40-45 games |

Except how does anyone know the circumstances? Did it ever dawn on them that in this situation that Wood has just been working hard in the off-season and then due to physical, getting hurt, or dealing with a nagging pain, getting it checked on and being told by the Doctor they needed to get surgery to clear up things?
I've known a couple of people whom that has happened to. So treating it like he intentionally was just waiting to get an already scheduled in advance surgery is pretty unfair tbh.
Shaq intentionally waited, we don't know what happened with Wood.

Probably out until new year.
Sucks. I think he would have been a good fit for JJ. We forget how productive he was before coming here. Was elite among bigs for PnR and Pick and pops.

| Vanderbilt is more Important then Wood and even though it would have been nice to get both back also I think there is a good chance that Wood gets traded maybe to the Bucks for Lopez or Portis |

Stop blaming players for needing surgery and recovery time.
If anything it's a good thing they found something underlying he could get surgery for to clean up as opposed to him playing without it being diagnosed and then something worse happening or festering for longer.
