| I rather he not try to fight through an early season hip injury and rest it a bit. Hips are not easy injuries to recover from and rest may help prevent it from being further aggravated |

This is especially key for LAL’s front line that also got Rui Hachimura back last game at Houston (neither Davis nor Hayes played).

IN GAME INJURIES- LeBron
With about four minutes left in the first quarter LeBron tweaked something and was visibly limping and ultimately left the court. Although he did not at this point go to the locker room. When it happened he was caught on mic exclaiming "my knee", and as he walked to the bench he also grabbed towards his calf. So we shall see what it is if it is anything or if he just works it out.

As heard in the SportsNet Postgame show
A.D. responded to Trudell: says he started out playing tentatively because he was conscious about his hip/groin and he felt it a couple of times but it worked itself out and he just focused on playing.
LBJ responded to Woike: says he took a knee to the shin, it never loosened up, and he's feeling sore since the adrenaline has worn off.
